The Loving Family

These folks are great. They service our HVAC systems twice and year and come immediately when we have had a problem. Means a lot to know you will not need to swelter or freeze for days waiting for them. They are very responsive and very customer friendly. Cannot find anything to say about them except something very good. And they back up their work.

The only place I will use now! Came out immediately when we had no heat at my place of business when our regular hvac was booked out.. Very friendly and fast. Highly recommend.

So thankful for Batkins! Our AC quit on us yesterday, July 4. We called Batkins this morning and they were here early afternoon and immediately fixed the problem. The tech was friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. On this 100 degree day, I told him he should be wearing a cape because he was our super hero!

Batkins HVAC is the best. They are responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. My system stopped working and they were there that day working to fix the issue. If you need assistance with your HVAC, call them.

Batkins installed a new gas heating unit for us in 2014 when our old one died a couple of days before Thanksgiving. They got the work done very quickly with minimum disruption to our indoor preparations for the holiday. One year later the unit is still quietly and efficiently doing its job and we are very pleased with it. Equally important, the customer service we received was outstanding. Workers are friendly, communicative, and intelligent. I am so happy to have this great company in our area, and I will support these "locals" without hesitation in the future. I recommend Batkins Eubank highly!

I have always received outstanding customer service --have used them for many years. They are always on time, very professional, knowledgeable about my unit and helped me to understand how to use it more efficiently. I really appreciate the courtesy shown whenever I have questions ( they answer all of the well so I can understand!) and I rest easy knowing if I have an emergency situation, they will be here. Can't say enough good things about everyone at this company--they are like family to us!

HUGE shout-out to Batkins HVAC!! Once again they responded quickly, communicated logistics and schedule, showed up on time, fixed my problem. I truly don't fret when HVAC issues happen, because I've come to rely on the professionalism of Jody and his team. It's comforting knowing that it will get taken care of no matter what the problem is, big or small.

Wonderful company and knowledgeable, friendly employees. Came out to fix a couple of issues when we were renovating a house. Very responsive, found the issues quickly and fixed them in a timely matter at an affordable/fair price. Will use them every time I have a HVAC issue.

I Cannot recommend Batkins HVAC enough! Our AC unit went out on a Friday night with temperatures of 100 degrees forecasted for both Saturday and Sunday. We called Saturday morning and they came out, had the problem identified, part replaced, and we were back up and running within one hour of calling. Wonderful people, fantastic service!

Scheduled a quote quickly and did the work even faster to meet a tight deadline, even in the midst of summer when their HVAC breakdown calls skyrocket. Office staff I spoke to was attentive and responsive as well. Haven’t looked at their work and wouldn’t have any idea what I’m looking at anyway but assume our next project will go off without a hitch due to their expertise. Thank you again.

Did not honor work that they did in repairing heating unit. Was nice in the beginning but became aggressive in tone when call back for the same problem stating we can’t keep coming back if we don’t see issue. They were very concern about getting paid and travel time and not the customer. Seniors beware!
