Ellen has been installing our Christmas decorations for years now (indoor & outdoor garlands, wreaths etc.). She and her crew do excellent work. Ellen has designed & created some beautiful decorations and is always professional & meticulous both in installing & removal.

Ellen has been great. I got a glowing reference from a neighbour for holiday lightening and I reached out somewhat late in the season. She came by the same day, gave me a customized quote with options for a few variations - all done with real time responsiveness over text. Her crew came by to do the build out in a few hours at the appointment time. There were no surprises - everything went as per plan.

Overall a great experience, with great quality and prompt communications.

Ellen designed and planted a garden of flowering plants and shrubs at the front of my townhouse property. She asked lots of excellent questions throughout and showed me loads of photos to narrow the field of options to fit my esthetic tastes, desired maintenance schedule and budget. The results were a garden that will provide color -- either through long lasting blooms or ornamental leaves -- throughout the year. A thing of beauty. She went out of her way to accommodate my desire to have the work completed before the arrival of my out of town guests by working late into the evenings. I learned a lot through our conversations. Ellen was very attentive and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her.

I recently had the pleasure of working with VictoryScapes Lighting & Landscapes for our Halloween decorations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Ellen Shepherd, the Owner and Designer, was an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made the experience genuinely delightful.

From our initial consultation, it was evident that Ellen is deeply passionate about what she does. She listened intently to our ideas and preferences, then provided insights that took our vision to a whole new level. The final design was both tasteful and captivating, capturing the essence of Halloween without going overboard.

On the day of the installation, the team arrived punctually and executed the design flawlessly. They were considerate of our property and made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. And when the sun set, our home transformed into a Halloween masterpiece.

In summary, VictoryScapes Lighting & Landscapes exceeded all my expectations. The level of service provided by Ellen and her team was exceptional, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for top-quality landscaping and lighting services that come with a personal touch, look no further.

Victoryscapes has provided holiday lighting for me 2 years in a row. Ellen worked with me on solutions to install lighting in difficult places and ways to make the lighting we wanted work within our budget. She also provided an option to purchase the lights (vs. leasing), which many companies will not offer. I was so pleased with the work that we entered into a multi-year agreement.

Absolutely love the front bed that Ellen designed for us! Ellen has involved us in all the plant, design and color choices and made it exactly to our liking. In addition, she gave us a few plants from her garden that you can't find in local nurseries, which makes it extra special. As a bonus, some of the plants attract beautiful butterflies. Not your cookie-cutter plant bed!

Ellen is a pleasure to work with and is SO knowledgeable about plants! You can ask her any question. Highly recommend!!
