Jaime Moreno was extremely helpful in solving a complicated plumbing mystery. His patience was much appreciated.

I only have one bathroom, so when my toilet stopped flushing, it was very stressful. Thankfully, I was able to schedule an appointment with Roto-Rooter quickly and at a convenient time. Jaime Moreno was knowledgeable and competent and diagnosed the problem quickly. The part that was needed was on his truck and he replaced the fill valve efficiently. It was actually a very pleasant experience dealing will him and Sayed Khater, who came here with him. They both seemed very honest and trustworthy. The price was reasonable and it included a one-year warranty.

Jaime Moreno was the plumber. He did an excellent job and explained each task as he worked to unclog two sink drains and replace piping for both.

Marcus was extremely professional, explained all that needed to be done and all the steps it would take to do the job and left it cleaner than when he got there. Roto-Rooter, that’s the name flush your troubles down the drain or something like that.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lanel Ford- tech 1549. He went above and beyond to help fix two toilets that had not been working for an embarrassing amount of time. I wish I would have called earlier!

Michael was awesome. Courteous, found the issue, and worked to fix it in timely fashion. But more importantly he back checked his work multiple times to make sure once he left I would not experience any issues.

My showerhead started leaking, spraying water up to the ceiling. Michael and Mohammed dropped by. Mohammed checked for water damage, but there wasn’t any thankfully, and Michael did a great job identifying the issue and replacing the showerhead. Always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Roto-Rooter’s technicians.

Tyler (5364) and his teammate were great! They showed up within 30 min of my call which was after hours on a Friday.
Fixed my drainage issue easily and explained everything.

Jaime Moreno and colleague did a good job replacing a burst pipe (cut dry wall, the pipe is connected to front faucet from the basement) due to extreme freezing weather. Great service, they were the first plumber that got back to me at 10:50pm and showed up the next morning 9:00am, about 3hrs of labor.

Rotorooter sent Jamie out to the house at 8 at night, stayed with us until 11:30. He isolated two issues in the home and heated pipes that had frozen going into the upstairs bathroom. He was extremely kind, informative, professional.

The tech Lanel Ford was very knowledgeable and very helpful for the plumbing leak repair I had serviced over the weekend. He was thorough and explained every step so that I understood and I was very pleased with the service. The leak was repaired and no leaks followed after the repair!
