So far I have very good experience even I am far away they are taking care of my constructions.

They were very helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my floors. We had flooding and they worked with us on our schedule to get our house looking even better than it was before our flooding.

Recently we hired Walker & Frick Construction to assist in managing a renovation project for the property that I manage in Harrisonburg, VA. Glenn and staff were responsive, respectful and professional throughout the entire process.

Glenn, Russ, Paige and the rest of the team at Walker & Frick were a pleasure to work with after dealing with a reconstruction due to a house fire. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Walker & Frick kept me up to date throughout the process. The guys who worked on my home were very professional and kind. They always had their masks on and were understanding of our Covid-19 concerns. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Excellent people to work with during stressful times! Once Chris was assigned to us as the contract manager this company was amazing to work with. We had water damage in our kitchen and I was VERY pregnant. I told Chris we needed to get the job done before I delivered. “He DELIVERED!” and did everything he could to make the process as fast as possible. Most importantly he was communicative and clear about what was going on, reasons for delays and next steps. Thank you Chris you were a pleasure to work with AND we delivered :) baby is healthy and home!

Ten years ago, lightning struck our home and burned it down. Walker & Frick rebuilt our home as we rebuilt our lives. We experienced an issue with a leaking water pipe in our crawl space and it was shooting up to our kitchen floor which was badly damaged. We had to install new hardwood floors in the kitchen, pantry and in the laundry room and they were installed by Walker & Frick Construction Co. They did excellent and quality work. We were amazed from speaking to the owner, Virt, who explained/walked us through the issue to ensure that we understood the process and pricing to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the job well done by Walker & Frick! Virt and his team were wonderful, friendly, hardworking, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely knowledgeable. The team arrived on time and attended to the issues with skill and thoroughness. The owner always followed up with phone calls. We highly recommended this company. We will be using them again in the future. The price was a very fair and reasonable.

We had a pipe break in our bathroom and went through insurance to repair the bathroom floors, walls, cabinets and as well the garage and ceiling of garage due to water damage. I didn't know it at the time but Mr. Frick himself came out to our house to do the estimate. You have to love an owner who steps in to help when it is the busy season! Within 24 hours we had water remediation and then all the repairs were done on a timely and professional matter. I felt very taken care of throughout the process! The teams that came to my house wore masks and were super polite and friendly! I also LOVED working with Paige in the front office. She was able to answer any questions I had and resolve any questions quickly and with a smile!

I highly recommend Walker & Frick Construction Co, Inc. When faced with an unresponsive well-known water mitigation franchise team/owner, I was referred to Walker & Frick. From the first conversation with Paige Walsh, I received exceptional service. Each step of the way, she was helpful, professional, patient and responsive.

Franklin Lafoon was an outstanding project manager. He explained the process and provided a timeline to address work left incomplete by the franchisee. Despite more than 100 projects, he managed to expedite the completion date prior to Thanksgiving. We discussed the remaining repairs would be completed before Christmas. Promise kept!

Franklin and Stefan Gunn also returned to ensure all repairs were completed as requested. I greatly appreciated that he always called to confirm schedules, contractors and progress.

Hope to never need their services again; however, if I do, I won't hesitate to call!

This company is great!! I live in Washington State, and I have a rental property in Richmond VA. Two weeks before my renter moved out the water heater broke. Walker and Frick assessed and fixed the problem quickly. I also had them paint the walls base boards and ceilings. They picked out the wall colors and carpet for me as I was 3000 miles away. The house looks beautiful, and I am grateful for all they did to make things easy for me.

We had a tree fall on our property and damaged a shed and vehicle. After contacting our insurance they recommended Walker and Frick. They were very responsive and excellent too work with. Had the tree removed the same day and returned to grind the stump. The biggest hold up was waiting for the insurance company.

Prompt response time & quality service from all team members, ranging from the executive team, to all contractors, to each office employee (which can be rare in some small businesses).

You can trust they will get the job done. If for whatever reason they cannot, they will refer you to a trusted contact.

The insurance companies are the bottle neck in the entire process but the office staff & owner do their best to complete the work in a short turnaround time.

They will never cut corners. They will never upsell you.

Their staff, & their work, is top notch quality.

I recently had storm damage to my roof. It had been raining all week and I was worried about additional damage. I called Walker & Frick after hours and Virt Frick answered. They had someone out the next morning (on a weekend) to complete temporary repairs on my roof until the insurance adjuster could come out. The tradesman that came out were polite, professional, and completed the work with no problems. I received the necessary information for my insurance company promptly the next business day. This company does customer service correctly! 10 out of 10 service

We hired Walker & Frick Construction after a devastating house fire. We had interviewed other contractors, and just didn't find anyone that was a good fit for us, or for this job. One conversation with Glenn Walker, and we were sold. From the very beginning of the project through to the end, we received top-notch care. Our project was slightly different because we have a daughter with special needs, who required some special modifications done to her bedroom and bath. Every single person who worked on this project knew about our daughter, cared about our daughter, and made certain her needs were met. Our home is absolutely beautiful throughout, and the quality of work is second to none. Glenn Walker is one of the finest people out there, and we were fortunate to work with him and his fine team.

Best. Team. Around! I highly recommend Walker & Frick. Their work ethic and integrity literally saved us thousands of dollars. We live in Austin, Texas, and experienced severe water damage at our property in Richmond. Virt kindly became my "eyes on the ground" - overseeing the entire restoration and renovation for me. He made great suggestions, was very cost conscious while continuing to focus on quality, and remained responsive and engaged through the entire process. He even helped me understand the whole insurance world. And guess what. Eighteen months later, we had ANOTHER, unrelated water incident. I reached out to Virt and we literally picked right back up where we left off. We've never even met in person, but I truly consider him a friend. I never leave reviews - but I had to share our experience.

I had a really good experience working with Russ, my project manager, and Paige, the office when having major repairs done to my kitchen. I was referred to Walker and Frick through my insurance company and am I glad they did! The subcontractors were extremely skilled and professional and got my hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, and drywall repaired and painted as quickly as possible. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I really felt confident working with these guys. Highly recommended.

I had tornado damage to the siding on my home. I contacted my insurance they sent out Mr. Glen Walker, one of the Walker Frick owners. I knew within the first five minutes I was in good hands. Glen took over, got the project moving . He had nothing but top notch workers and my home now looks like new. What a pleasure it is to work with Glen. He is old school and strives to provide the highest quality of work. I highly recommend recommend Glen Walker to solve any of you home damage issues.
