Good team, honest, dependable

Great work

Great service all around! I have used this company for a few upgrades in my home and I couldn't be happier! Great prices, professional and Sidar communicates every step of the way with my projects to be sure I'm happy! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Super communicative, so much pride in the work. Job started and ended on time, within budget, and with no short cuts. Neighbors came by to say they were jealous of the time and care that was put into the project.

We have an 100+ year home and very concerned about balancing price and quality of work. Sidar is the real deal.

Our only concern is that they’re overbooked for our next project!!

We’ve used Genius Construction, LLC for multiple home projects over the past few years, and Sidar has been incredible every time. He’s always polite, professional, on time, and offers very fair pricing. He’s done landscaping, painting/staining, power washing, and resealing our stamped concrete driveway and patio — and we’ve been extremely happy with the results. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and detail-oriented and who consistently delivers while always being so kind and respectful to our property and our family. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience working with Genius Construction LLC! Sidar is incredibly skilled, honest, and dedicated to his craft. From start to finish, his solid communication and commitment to the schedule made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He truly made us feel like part of the project every step of the way and wouldn’t be satisfied until we were completely happy. Our recent bathroom remodel turned out beautifully, and we’re already looking forward to working with him again for future updates. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Genius Construction LLC to rebuild my deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They completed the entire project in just under five days, which was impressively fast. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of work. The team was professional and took the time to go the extra step to ensure everything was in perfect condition before finishing. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and dedication. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and affordable deck construction!
