Excellent -- we called Metzger after a horrendous experience with another company, and we could not have been happier. Laurie was extremely helpful and kind. She listened to what we wanted, where we wanted it and how much we wanted to spend; then she gave us a slew of options to choose from and helped us narrow it down. Rick came to take measurements and also brought more samples with him for us to see. The installation went off without a hitch, and we are extremely pleased. I have already recommended Metzger Floors to others, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

We purchased our floors from Metzger - after looking everywhere in town (literally). They were helpful and not pushy at all, helped us find great options within our budget. Actually for the floor we ended up choosing, their price was way below anywhere else in town. They we incredible to work with, staying late if I needed to come by after work to ask a question, and even delivering the flooring to our home when we realized it would not all fit in our car. Would absolutely work with them again!
