We have had Anderson for 3 years and they have been very good in be prompt to deal with any issues. Our twice a year maintenance has been thorough and on time.

Have had Anderson install my upstairs and downstairs heat pump and gas systems new in my house, then they added a humidifier system and all went well. Their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Woke up to downstairs HVAC not working properly on very cold morning. Called before office openend, answering service took the message, then office staff returned my call by 8AM. RAPHAEL was at my door within an hour. He was thorough and diagnosed the problem easily. Was very professional and very personable and, without being prompted, he volunteered instructions to me regarding what to do and what to look for should the problem occur again. I was very impressed and highly recommend not only this company, but Raphael the technician too!

I have been with Anderson for the past few years and I must compliment them on their professionalism and honesty. They never try to sell me things that I don't need and if something doesn't need to be fixed or replaced right away, they explain why. I will be a lifelong customer!

After 6 1/2 months of no HVAC and two companies “working on it” I called Anderson. The next day Michael was at my house diagnosing and going over my options. He did not try to sell me a new system, and was professional and knowledgeable. He came back with another technician and in two hours my system was tested and running. Amazing! So courteous and explained what they had done. I would enthusiastically endorse and recommend!

Great experience working with them from beginning to end! Mr Anderson explained every detail of the installation and my questions were always quickly addressed. I definitely plan on a long time customer!

Mr. Anderson installed a complete York hvac system with an exposed insulated spiral ductwork that looks as good as it sounds.
Very professional staff, excellent workmanship. They listen well and customize the job to your needs, including showing us new thermostat options we didn't know were available..

Anderson Heating and Air was fantastic. We needed to replace our oil-burning ducts with new ducts optimized for our newer HVAC system, which required re-designing the layout and consolidating and re-routing the entire return system. We also asked Anderson to move our air handler to optimize basement space.

They gave a fair quote on our job (we got three different estimates) and were able to move forward with the project efficiently and in the manner described. They offered independent ideas and feedback that I hadn't considered, and also were transparent about layout opportunities to introduce cost-savings. I particularly appreciated that Mr. Anderson himself came out to perform the estimate and to offer his perspective- as opposed to some other companies who sent out estimators who were only partially familiar with the ins and outs of a project of our scale.

Extremely responsive, and I greatly appreciate Mr. Anderson's hands-on approach to customer care. Office personnel were great too- Candice was friendly, responsive, and upbeat in all communications about the project. The project was completed while we were out of town, and the job site was left immaculate.

Mr. Anderson personally reached out after completion of the job to schedule a walk-through with us and to review project components. Truly, truly impressed and would not hesitate to work again with their team-- they have my and my family's trust. Thank you to Mr. Anderson and his team!

Their technician during the last visit was extremely helpful. My York Heat Pump was installed almost two years ago in a new house. Their work installing this unit was done well. I have had recent service under a general maintenance program with no problems being found. The technician was very polite.

Anderson Air Condition and Heating has been servicing our equipment since we purchased our home in Moseley. Every Service Technician has been professional and friendly. They always wear disposable shoe covers when entering the house after inspecting the outside equipment (even when unnecessary). Although, as I mentioned all of their technicians are professional and friendly, I was especially impressed by Mr. Kevin Belle, who has serviced our equipment for the past three years.

I have used Anderson for the last 6 years. They have always kept appointments; their people are friendly and courteous and clean up after themselves. Their work for preventative maintenance and for repairs has been well done.

Fantastic service received for an HVAC replacement done on 6/16. Their lead employee, I believe named Luis, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hope they can hold onto him as he is a gem.

Pricing was fair and I received constant updates on when to expect people, or what was needed of me. Highly recommend Anderson!

Anderson Installed a custom, central heating/cooling system in our 1948 two story duplex. From scratch. It was a difficult project, as most tend to be in older homes. Their mechanics and helpers who did the bulk of the heavy work were friendly and polite. The office staff was top notch addressing concerns and issues. Finally Mr Anderson himself was a true professional, addressing all of our needs in a timely manner.

We have been using Anderson A/C & Heating for almost 5 years now. The office staff are always courteous and helpful. Kevin has been providing excellent service under the general maintenance program. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. A+!!!
