We gave them a call because we were having issues with our A/C unit. They came and gave us a really fair quote and the unit was finished within a couple of hours and we are very happy.

I am very happy with the service they did at my house. They were very professional and got the work done correctly in a timely fashion and at a good price. I will definitely call for services again.

I saw there commercial on tv that said they could put in a new heat pump for $3575 by that time the following day they were finished the job and my heat was pumping again. there office was very polite and professional and the technicians they sent out were were thorough...

I had a great experience with williams and fogg. The customer service was awesome and they came to my home on a Thursday and was able to immediately get a new unit installed the following day.

They arrived within an hour of my call and their guy was able to fix the electrical problem with a part he had on him! With such great service I was happy with the price and was treated with respect and professionalism. With such quick and quality service I will definitely be calling them next time.

The most stressful situation turned into the best experience. I was previously given the run around by everyone. Once I got to Williams and Fogg...the technicians and staff members gave me everything straight up. They did the work, nicely and in a timely fashion. And it was turning cold and I was very stressed about heating my home with children that have respiratory problems. I appreciate the kindness and the "dont worry maam we are going to get you straight". Because they did! They have no idea how much they took off me in terms of stress and sleepless nights.

I’m writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor since April and have paid him nearly $600.00 and he still left me with a problem that he was unable/unwilling to repair the work. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day, Lawrence came out and had my air running within a matter of minutes and I didn’t even need a new compressor! He’s very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listened and explained everything to me. I’m so grateful to your company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team. These guys did a wonderful job on the replacement of my hot water heater. They were in and out in no time; they were respectful of my home and property. Even cleaned up after them. I would certainly use them again. I can’t wait to call them for my next job.

After my hot water heater leak, I got good advice and suggestions from both the plumbing expert, and the renovation team. Since I had to make decisions in a hurry, it was great to hear pros, cons, and options, then get the work done so I could get back in my condo. They also helped by talking with the insurance adjuster using years of experience that I didn’t have.

My plumber had a emergency and didn’t arrive during the window of time I was given. However, when I called the office, a new plumber was quickly dispatched, who was very professional and efficient. The cost was high, but I think pretty standard for plumbing in general. Overall, it was a good experience.

My home owners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit. I spoke with dispatcher who sent a technician to my home. The tech was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my AC working. I can’t say enough kind words to the staff for being understanding and patient with me and treating me as a valued customer. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of these services.

I used them recently to replace a nearly 20 year old AC/furnace in my home. As a first time home owner, I thoroughly appreciated their expertise and professionalism. Ron, his brother (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and Harold were all a pleasure to work with and deal with. They were communicative and polite and willing to help me answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use them again. I also greatly appreciate their speediness on getting in the parts they needed during a time when people are struggling with supply costs and availability during the pandemic still. I am happy I found them.
