I contacted Rodolfo with J1R Construction Inc about turning my attached, covered carport into an enclosed garage. I got two quotes on the job and they came back very comparable. What swayed me over to using this company was the owner's habit of responding very quickly to any questions and concerns I had. The construction crew handled demolition, framing, insulating, hiring a structural engineer, drywalling, concrete floor painting, and finishing. I handled the electrical portion by my choice and the crew was able to work around that.

The company was able to provide proof of insurance and licensure and was able to handle the permitting process entirely. There were some delays to the scheduled work because of the county - several different inspectors were sent and each had different expectations. All delays and their sources were communicated with me promptly.

The finished product looks great inside and out. I am extremely happy with my garage and would use J1R Construction again.
