I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I now have a brand new water heater installed in a pan that will direct leaks outside. This was a very positive experience from setting up the appointment to the actual work. I highly recommend H2O Pro for your plumbing needs.

We had a leak in a PVC pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets. Jim used a camera to locate the exact location of the leak, avoiding any need to remove cabinets and cut into the wall to find it. He and his partner fixed the leak within a few hours and were incredibly friendly and professional throughout.

I would unequivocally give this company 10 stars if this platform would let me! We woke up to a busted water main line at our house this morning. My husband and son tried to fix it, but couldn’t so at 3 pm we called around and H2O plumbing was the only one willing to move some things around on their schedule to get Bobby out to take a look at our situation. Bobby did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and was even willing to stay well past dark to make sure we had water running back to the house. All of that for an extremely reasonable price. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Bobby! If you have a plumbing issue, these are the people to call!

Amazing experience! I called the day before Thanksgiving with an emergency kitchen sink clogged drain and they arrived within an hour. Everything was fixed quickly, Josh was very professional and explained every step of the repair process. Highlt reccomended!!!!

We were able to schedule an appointment for a leaky toilet for the next day. Our tech, Jason, showed up on time and identified the problem and told us what needed to be done as well as the cost, which was very reasonable. The repair was done quickly and he shared pictures of the work he had done at each stage. No more leaks. My strongest recommendation for H2O Pro!!

A severely clogged drain led us to call H2O Pro. Jason worked until he found and fixed the problem in this 1880s house. We had tried everything an average homeowner could achieve. Very easy to schedule and work with. We recommend especially for historic homes.

It seemed everything related to plumbing in my home was "crashing and burning". My stress level was off the charts worrying about the cost to repair, worrying that it would take days or weeks to repair. How wrong I was. H2O, and specifically Bobby, came to my home and within a few short hours had everything working again. I cannot begin to stress how much of a relief that was. Bobby is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely a very nice young man. Whatever they pay him is not enough. Thank you H20!

We initially called them for an emergency plumbing situation, but ended up using them for a longer series of repairs because I was so impressed with them. On the day of the initial visit, Omar had taken it upon himself to quickly fix a small leaky pipe he noticed in another totally unrelated section of our plumbing, free of charge. He was absurdly kind, and literally every single person Ive talked to from the company sincerely comes across as wanting to help you and look out for you. Will definitely be calling them for all future needs. And if _you_ do, tell them you want Wayne, Omar, Bobby, or Jonathon!

Came home from a stint away from the house during the recent snow storm to a leaking bladder tank. I decided to go with H2O PRO because I saw they were a family owned small business, I like to patronize small business and am always frustrated with the big corporate businesses. H2O did not disappoint, they answered my call immediately and scheduled me the day of.

Wayne came out to the property ahead of schedule and diagnosed my plumbing issue within minutes of crawling under the house. Not only that, but he MacGyvered a new pressure gauge out of his pressure test unit from his truck, saving time and money in parts. It’s working perfectly thus far and I’m back in action with water to my house within hours of realizing I needed help. Big thanks to Wayne and H2O PRO. Highly recommend!

Bobby was AMAZING!! After days of my kitchen sink being backed up and my rental management being no help, he fixed it in one visit. He was so kind and explained every step, and even helped me clean up the leak that was underneath. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues!

Bobby and Kevin were amazing . They got the job done in a timely manner and I was able to sleep with no disruptions. Bobby made a promise and did exactly that. Them two together are unstoppable and I’ve never seen work get done so nicely or even fast like that . THANK YOUUU.

Josh and Matt were phenomenal with their service. They rushed here during a Sunday night when we had 20 degree weather with no hot water running. They even dug up ice that accumulated from the freezing rain storm we had a last week to properly turn off the water main. Within a few hours we had hot water running again and it was a swift,clean removal and replacement of a new water heater. My wife and our 6 children were so thankful to have hot water running that night in the frigid temperatures. God bless these gentlemen and may this review allow the reader to utilize their service. Jim did a repipe in my kitchen and was amazing! He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and was super kind and genuine. Tiffany in the office was so helpful and caring too. It’s hard to find people you can really trust these days, but this team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with H2O. They were able to clear sewage lines on a rental property with plumbing jetting after another company failed to get the job done with an electric snake. I wish I had called them first! Their estimate for the long-term permanent solution was also MUCH cheaper than the other company. I'm thankful and so are my tenants.

Wayne was awesome!! Got here earlier than expected, talked with me and my husband about what was going on, replaced heating elements in my water heater. Very thorough, and extremely nice! We would definitely use him again!

I am not sure I have the words to express how thoroughly impressed I am with this company and Bobby specifically. I noticed a leak today and Bobby literally arrived two hours later. I had never heard of this company, I simply found them by searching same day appointments and good reviews.

Bobby was respectful coming into the home, introducing himself and wearing shoe covers.

He took the time to listen to what we had going on in the bathroom, other than this leak.

When his initial fix didn’t fully solve the problem, he suggested next steps and provided his recommendation along with very affordable pricing options. We ended up going with his recommendation and even when he found a little more work had to be done, the estimate he had previously provided included that too.

He took photos and provided them to us, and even told us what different sounds mean and what to do if we hear them.

I can honestly say his service was flawless, and I have extremely high customer service standards. I will never work with another plumbing company from here, and I will make sure to request Bobby to work at our house in the future if he is available.

Wonderful experience with H2O Pros! After reading the reviews, I was ecstatic to see Jonathan at my doorstep, literally 40 minutes after I called this company, on a Saturday might I add. He listened intently, explain exactly what was happening, and we also learned a thing or two. Once he located the issue, he fixed it on the spot and scheduled us for roof repair. I am extremely thankful that we came across this company. We will definitely use their services again.

We are so grateful for H2O plumbing! Christmas Eve night we found a leak in our den ceiling. We called H2O plumbing, who were very responsive and were able to send a plumber, Bobby, within one hour. Bobby was incredibly gracious, patient, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix a broken pipe in our ceiling. It is an old house so the pipes have significant issues. He stayed several hours into Christmas morning to fix the issue so we would have water for all of our family to use over the Christmas holiday. We are thankful Bobby spent his Christmas helping us for the whole team!
