Technician was knowledgeable and successfully completed two plumbing tasks for us on the next day! Also, they let me know that they would arrive a little late than planned due to current job.

In the middle of our fun, chaotic move, this company came to our rescue; even going out of their way to go the extra mile to make sure the problem with our horribly clogged sink in our new house was solved! Super huge air hugs to the two guys who fought the pipes, and our two sets of stairs in this split level house lol, furiously persisting to clear the problem! I am currently a repeat customer. So sorry it took me over a month to write this review, as we just two days ago (finally!) finished clearing out our former house.

Great communication when arranging appointment. Upfront about pricing. Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job installing my new faucet and then cleaned up after themselves. Overall extremely pleased 😊

I wanted to get a shower installed and other companies were not responsive with the call or couldn’t do the job. This place was able to come and get the job done on a weekend which was great. RVA Plumbing showed up at my home and told me it would take about an hour to replace my toilet. It actually took them less than an hour. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional and removed the old toilet for me. I hope I never need to replace a toilet again but if I do or if I have any other plumbing issues, I will not hesitate to call RVA Plumbing.

Interior Main Shutoff Valve and adjacent piping needed to be replaced. Contacted RVA Plumbing & Drain at 9 am and a tech was at my home at 9:15 am. I immediately approved the rate and repair and by 10:22 am the tech was done! The work looks amazing and done appropriately. Also the tech was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend RVA Plumbing & Drain to anyone with plumbing needs.

I had a good experience. From initial call, they were very responsive and helpful... listening to my concern regarding my toilet and addressing my questions on cost and next steps. They were extremely communicative... scheduling for next day service, confirming appointment, calling 30 minutes before arrival, confirming payment, etc. The plumber was knowledgeable and immediately knew what to address, and it was fixed with ease.
