Finally a company that knows what their doing thank god. I have had more than I can count companies come into my home to work on my central air unit and they have told me so many lies charged me so much money and my system would still be broken and I would have to fight with them to give me my money back . Tony was the only one who discussed everything with me and was the only worker that I’ve had to cover his shoes before he came in my home and the price was great so if you’re looking for a honest company look no further and I’m soo glad I found them .

Of course during the hottest week yet of the summer, my HVAC stops running.
Called and spoke to Mike on the phone. He was helpful, professional, and quickly had a tech scheduled to come out the next morning. Their automated text system notified me that the tech was confirmed/scheduled, and also notified me when they were on their way, which was helpful. Josh showed up and was courteous, professional, and also took time to explain things as he worked, which I greatly appreciated. Luckily it was a simple fix, and had cool air blowing within 30 minutes of his arrival. Couldn't have asked for a better HVAC repair experience. Thanks guys!

Evan’s came out last week to repair an AC issue I was having. ( unit turned on but blower only pushed warm air through unit)

Josh from Evans Heating and Cooling came out to service my Broken AC unit and was phenomenal!

He represented this company so well and fixed our AC problems.

I will only turn to this company in the future for any HVAC issues

Great local company. Installed a 14 SEER Carrier system for half the cost of another regional competitor who deals in Trane systems. They also offer a very reasonable spring/fall PM service that I’ve used at a previous residence. Highly responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind staff. A trustworthy company of honest people who work for a living. I’ll never use anybody else!

WOW!!! I cannot tell you how wonderful these folks are ... I called for the maintenance program for them to service my unit - they could come the same day - AWESOME. Pricing for this service very reasonable!! And just my luck something was wrong - I called to pay for it - UGH! Less then 10 minutes later Miss Charlene called me back and let me know she did a little research and my unit is still under warranty ( I did not know this) - No charge to my card today for the part that needed to be replaced!!! WOW WOW WOW WHAT AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! I highly recommend Evans Heating and Air to everyone !!!!!

Used Evan's Heating & Air LLC for a total AC replacement. Tommy was the installer assigned to the job. They showed up, did the job, and went home all while my wife and I were at work. They left the place better than they found it. I would not be more please with the work, and the house is now cool again and the system is working great! They had a great value, beating other installers up to $500 less for the same, or better unit! I hope that we don't need to call them again, but if we do we'll use Evan's!

We were very pleased with the service rendered. Both the front office and the Technician were very courteous and prompt in response to our needs. The Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. We were even given another repair option that saved us over $700! That level of integrity is not often found in contractors. We would certainly recommend Evan's to family, friends and strangers.

We had water leaking from our unit and flooding our bedroom.

I called and spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone who assured me she would call as soon as they had someone available.

They got to us quickly and took care of the problem efficiently.

Our service tech Josh was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. He did a great job, explained everything, and the price was just right. Highly recommend this company!

11/20/2025 Evan’s HEating & Air LLC., came to do a system inspection and see what was causing fuses to blow on the unit. After thoroughly checking the unit, Bryant the HVAC Tech, made sure to fix all connections, looked over the unit gave insightful tips to help maintain outdoor units maintenance and was very professional. Everyone at the office took time to keep me updated with the time of appointment arrival and reminders before hand to keep communication open for cancellation, if needed. I really appreciate everything your employees did, to help fix the unit and I will recommend your service in our neighborhood to others, Thank you again!

Pricing is ridiculous... Use someone else.
I have an older trane unit. The condenser fan went out. They came out very quickly. The tech was already in the neighborhood and finished another job early so he just stopped by on his way out. He was here a total of 20 minutes looking at the fan I showed him and said it needed a new motor. 10 minutes of that was diagnostics while the other 10 was writing the paper work and taking my $110 check.
They called me soon after and said it would be another $650 to order the fan and complete the work, and that they needed half of that up front. So $750+ dollars to replace a condenser fan? I wont be calling them again.
I also will do without the ac unit I can order a fan and do it myself, or find someone reasonable to do the work.

I called Evan's for a small local job and was told that it would take at least a week to come out because they were too busy. 😔 😟 🙁 I had to call an out-of-town company (James River Air Conditioning ) and they sent a technician in less than 4 hours.

Called and got a quote over the phone. Guy said $750 without even looking. I called back a few months later and asked to schedule a day for them to come out and confirm the quote. I took the day off and called confirm the time at 0900 and was told they didn’t know when this guy would be out. Called again at 3 because that’s when I thought the guy would be here and was told he is on his way. They guy called me and wanted to argue that he gave me a price and wasn’t going to quote it and it was originally at 1 but I had called earlier and said 3 so he wasn’t going to come. I’m sure they do good work but whoever the guy is doing the quotes is extremely unprofessional. It’s amazing to me how people like this get jobs of any authority. I will never let this company do work on my property.
