Just had a new HVAC system installed today. Jason and Mike are real pros….complete installation in five hours. Not a single complaint - from scheduling to inspection to install..not a single surprise. Absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

We could not be more thankful for the quality of the repair, prompt response and how courteous they are! Our fan motor died during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Ladysmith Heating and Air came to our rescue and even installed a window unit to keep us cool while we waited for the part to arrive. They are an outstanding company! They came out to fix our AC that was icing up. Jason tried a fix that didn't work as the coil ended up having multiple holes in it. They ordered a new coil and installed it as soon as it arrived. Very professional and amazing people! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! They will always have my business!

I have been a customer of Ladysmith heating and air for over 25+ years and have always had great service especially from Sissy and Jason but I just learned that they have closed their business without the courtesy of notifying their long time customers or new customers! How can a company that has had such a loyal customer base treat their customers this way NO NOTIFICATION or recommendation of who to go with? This really disturbs me that we were treated this way! A mass mailing or phone calls would have been the appropriate way to handle!

Never received my Heat pump replacement estimate from these guys.
