When my wife and I discovered that our ac unit was out, I called two other companies to come out but they weren’t to resolve the issue. One wasn’t a certified tech and the other was a corporate company. We found Ultimate Air by a recommendation and we were very pleased that the staff and our technician Cameron were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, patient and took pride in their work. We will definitely continue to use their expertise and services in the future.

About a week ago, our A/C stopped working, so we reached out to Ultimate Air for help. Not long after we called, a super friendly and knowledgeable technician named Cameron came by and quickly figured out what was wrong. That same day, thanks to Ann, we received a very fair and reasonable quote for the repair. Once the part arrived, Cameron returned and got our A/C up and running again! Huge thanks to Cameron, Ann, and everyone at Ultimate Air — we really appreciate your excellent service and quick response!

We are SO happy with Ultimate Air! From the moment I called to the initial meeting and final install, it went smoothly, quickly, and thoroughly with great communication and positive friendly attitudes! Everyone at the company from Ann in the office to Dave the owner to Hunter, Josh and the install team has been a pleasant experience! They removed all my gas lines, installed two new units (upstairs and downstairs), replaced grates, and even coordinated with a roofer to fix a leak while there was no unit on it! I am so impressed and I think you will be too if you go with them!

We are totally impressed and satisfied with the service we received. From the phone call setting up the appointment for a furnace service and cleaning. I apologize for not remembering the lady I talked to but she was very polite and worked the appointment into my schedule instead of me having to be told a day.
Then the day of service the technicians Kyle and Cam were right on time and very polite and knowledgeable answering any questions we had. Plus Kyle showed us a few things he saw that we should consider being repaired.

The annual cleaning and inspection service that we purchased ensures that our system is running at peak, efficient and most of all, safe. Today, Kyle, during a routine yearly inspection, went above and beyond by helping with a small HVAC leveling task of a neighbors air conditioner before the storm hits - at no extra charge.
