Excellent!! Loved everything actually arrived earlier then expected which was awesome will definitely use them again and definitely referring to all my friends

First for cabinet lights then a level two electric vehicle charger. Small outfit but great quality at a fair price!

James was the only electrician that answered my call early in the morning when I had a crisis. He was prompt, courteous, and figured out the problem in short order. Highly recommended and would call him again in the future.

James did an outstanding job and so did the gentleman that was with him. He installed my floodlights and offers other services for just a fraction of the price that other electricians in the area do. They will be returning to do more work at our home!

Waited over two weeks for another company to provide an estimate, decided to look around after I finally got it. Talked to James, he came the next morning, quoted me an estimate (at half the cost of the first company!), and he did the work later that day. Installed 2 more outlets in my garage, 1 day from quote to returning to do the work, to cleaning up. He charged exactly what he said he would, no sudden up charges. I will call James again if I ever need any more electrical work at my home. Thank you!

I first contacted James in 2023 to replace a circuit breaker panel. Since then, he has installed outside outlets on the front and back of the house, 3 ceiling fans, recess lighting in the kitchen and lounge area. I have no complaints, he did a wonderful job on all the projects. He always clean the areas when the jobs are completed.

James Jones and team provided excellent electrical service installation for my Pool Heat pump. Responded quickly to provide an estimate and date to begin the electrical installation work. The team was extremely professional, timely and provided exceptional communications throughout the process. I highly recommend TriUs Electric, Inc for your Electrical needs because I plan on utilizing them in the future.

I schedule appt for feb 15, 2016, no show/call and to make things worst the guy,I spoke with didn't answer his phone the 3-4 times my wife called him and left messages. My wife departed work early to meet him@the house and he didn't show up! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I was supposed to have hem come out and give me an estimate between 10 and 11. They wanted to come earlier in the morning but I was not available. They took on another job knowing that they had to be at my house later that morning. I finally got a call from them at noon wanting to reschedule for the next day. Not exactly a good first impression. I highly doubt I will use them because if you are late for this whose to say you won't be late when the job starts.

This most recent job May 30th, 2019 there was no follow up to 1). Patch up the cut out access hole in my living room wall as promised ; (2). To recheck wiring work on an outdoor spotlight as the light keeps flickering when motion is detected (even though a new unit was replaced 6/4/19), bulbs were replaced as well. Suddenly, James Jones doesn’t answer my phone calls, messages nor text. Lack of integrity on display from company owner ( check in hand, feels he has no more responsibility to troubleshoot work), that he completed himself. No apparent willingness to follow up on work done nor communicate his next course of action- will not hire, again. Get every detail in writing!! Hampton,Va.,

Hired through Angie/HomeAdvisor to repair a light switch. Was quoted and hired them to do the work. They arrived on time, 9 am. They spent over 5 hours trying to repair one light switch, complaining about my electrical wiring the entire time. They said they couldn’t fix the issue, so I said to return the switch to the way it was and I would just live with that. They continued working on it and finally after almost 5.5 hours, they figured out a different option to fix it. They left my home after 6 hours for one switch. In trying to return it to the way it was, they caused more issues and then had to spend more time trying to repair the damage they caused returning the switch to the way it was. They wasted half of my day and and more of my money to do something they could have done in less than 30 minutes. I thought everything was fine until the next day I realized they caused more issues with two other lighting fixtures that now have issues I have to pay someone else to have repaired. I have zero faith in TriUs electric to come back into my home and do repairs. I 100% regret hiring TriUs and will never recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work completed. Hiring them is a risk and mistake I wouldn’t recommend anyone else making.
