I called when I noticed a leak from my wine refrigerator. Linda was so responsive and kind on the phone. When I told her my fear for my wood floor she went right to work to get me a repair person the same day as my call. Carl came very quickly and discovered that I had a leaky bottle and the unit was fine. He then carefully explained how the unit was constructed and that it couldn't leak. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Seif just left our home a few minutes ago after repairing our Sub-Zero freezer. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. I was so impressed with his professional demeanor and kind personality that I felt compelled to write this review immediately. He diagnosed the problem (clogged drainage system causing continual build-up of ice sheet at bottom of freezer) immediately, fixed the issue and even spent few minutes explaining to me what caused the problem in the first place and what I can do to prevent the same issue from occurring again. Without hesitation, I will call them again if I ever have any problems with my Wolf or Sub-Zero Appliances. Thank you Vision Appliance Repair!!!

I'd highly recommend Vision Appliance. Chad was excellent and very professional. He diagnosed the issues with my fridge and dishwasher and was able to fix my dishwasher on the spot. He also called me 30 mins before arrival, so I was ready to receive him. Definitely use Vision Appliance for your appliance repair needs!

I have had a very difficult problem with my refrigerator. Several appliance companies said they would not work on my fridge due to its brand and age, or because it would be too hard to service or get the parts. They just told me to get a new one. Vision, however, did not say that. They have worked tirelessly to solve the problem and spent many hours at my home to get it right. They have shown extraordinary commitment, perseverance, honesty and responsiveness. They were not satisfied until the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

We love supporting good local businesses. Found them from good reviews online. Very easy to schedule by phone with excellent availability. Our rep Chad arrived on time and got right to work. He was honest that our dishwasher needed a lot of work and it would be better to purchase a new machine. We will continue to use this business in the future.

The Technician was excellent in all respects. He arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the refrigerator. He replaced the ice maker and fixed the freezer drawer runner. He also restored a panel that had come loose. I would highly recommend him! Outstanding service.

I have used Vision several times for refrigerator and washer repair and have always received prompt and courteous service. They are very reliable and punctual. The individual who serviced the fridge knew the product and identified the issue right away. He was professional, showed me the issue and told me what he was going to do to fix it. He had to remove the freezer door but the price was good compared to the work he put in it. He was efficient and completed the project quickly. I would use this company again.

Very responsive to an online request for service. Didn’t have the parts needed but returned two days later as pledged to quickly fix. Left the area completely clean. Very reasonably priced. Will use again.

Jed was early for our appointment, but he gave us 40 minutes’ notice he was coming, so we were ready for him. It took him all of five minutes, if that, to diagnose the problem, and no more than 15 minutes to fix it. Great service! Highly recommended.

Technician was professional, courteous and explained what was broken and how to fix it. The part was not in stock due to the stove’s age. He found an acceptable replacement and had it shipped. He knew I was going on vacation and came on a Saturday. He exceeded my expectations. I would give him a 5 star rating. His customer service is unparalleled.

Highly recommend. They kept me abreast of their schedule and the technician arrived 15 minutes into the window.
He immediately diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and knew the solution. He explained what and why he was doing. He quickly and efficiently made the repair and did a great job cleaning up after himself. Whole process was seamless.

My motherboard had been tripped. The repairman was honest and did a thorough check to be sure that is all that had happened. I had disconnected the cord and let it reset itself. However, I still wanted Vision Appliance Repair to double-check to be sure that is all that was wrong. They did and were satisfied that all is well.

We had a positive experience with Vision. They were on time and did a good job communicating everything from arrival time, to the issue and price, to how we can keep the issue from representing itself in the future. It was an easy process and we’re happy with the result and price. Will use their services again if needed.

Chad at Vision Appliance was so helpful. He came right on time, communicated about his arrival, and took a look at two appliances that were malfunctioning. He was able to repair my refrigerator and helped me get a cheaper repair to my dishwasher as it is under warranty. He also advised me on a few things I can do as a new homeowner to save money and time! He was fantastic. I will absolutely use vision Appliances for all my repair needs.

I have called Vision Appliance Repair twice in the past year to fix kitchen appliances that I would have had to replace otherwise.
