We hired Stronghold Improvement to replace 40 windows in our home. The crew that removed the old and installed the new were awesome. They worked through some nasty weather and got the job completed earlier than planned. They went the extra mile and fixed some damage they found while removing the old windows that they didnt have to. Cant say enough good things about Stronghold, Craig and his crew. We will be hiring Stronghold Improvement to replace our deck in the spring and add an addition. The crew at Stronghold Improvement is just really good!

Craig and his crew including Darwin, Elvis and others were very easy to work with. We started with one idea and it quickly expanded and changed as we went along. The crew and Craig would patiently explain the work and ask for our input as they went along. The work itself was meticulously done and we are very happy with the result.

Stronghold built an absolutely beautiful 3-season room for us, as well as replaced all of our siding and 3 doors. We could not be happier with the results or the overall experience. The owner was personally on site every day and responded to each and every question/concern we had during the project. The installers are so great as well. Not only HIGHLY skilled, but also just genuinely good guys. We received multiple quotes and Stronghold definitely was not the cheapest on the pricing spectrum, but they were nowhere near the most expensive either. But the quality and overall experience was WELL worth the money. We have already recommended Stronghold to multiple friends and family members!

Craig, Darwin, Elvis and the rest of the crew are true professionals. They show up on time ready to work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work area before leaving. I was kept informed about what they were doing. If there was more than one way to do something, they asked for my preference on how I wanted it done. In the end, I have a beautiful house that looks just like I imagined it. In addition, they replaced a rotten deck support post and added an outdoor GFI electrical outlet. These were add-ons after the siding contract had been signed. Craig, the owner of the company, was extremely fair and easy to work with. He stayed in contact with me throughout the project. Even after the job was done he came back to make sure I was satisfied. I would wholeheartedly recommend Stronghold Improvements to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional contractor.

We had windows replaced by this company. Made a mistake with the contract and the order that he admitted and then charged us $900 for his mistake which we foolishly paid. Then, they installed a defective transom window (seal was gone) and when reported tried to charge us labor to replace it. I turned the company into the attorney general and he responded with lies which I had documentation to refute. He would not take responsibility for the mistakes he made or for the fact that his installer put in a defective window.
