The two technicians did an outstanding job with the service. Once they saw the issue they told me the next steps they would take to address the stoppage. Once completed they provided recommendations to prevent this from occurring in the future. iPad for signing documents with a digital signature, which is a nicety when dealing with service request. I have used United Air Temp for years. I have purchased my heat pump from them back in 2016. I never invited them every spring and fall to keep my appliances running smoothly. The technicians are always so friendly and helpful. They translate what’s happening until language, I can understand and help me make decisions about how to proceed. I can recommend United Air Temp without hesitation! They’ll be back next fall to be sure I have a warm home for the winter.

Technician (Christina) was respectful of home & property; very friendly; efficient; explained the details of what she did to fix the problem of our garbage disposal.

United Air Temp has provided great service.Ronnie the technician has been responsive to my concerns and very patient and accommodating. Follow-up service is needed for parts so I’m looking forward to the final repairs.

We had our tankless hot water heater cleaned. That process takes about 45 minutes, most of it dead time for the tech. Nick was great to offer to look at anything else we had and helped answer some questions we had about some water intrusion that was found in our furnace. He was great.

Always a great experience with United air we’ve been using them for years. Our tech Ronnie was awesome but just really nice and professional and went above and beyond. Customer service agents are always very friendly. And one of the store managers Mike Diaddigo is top notch!

Incredible work performed by the two installers. They worked in a crawl space which would be difficult for most installers. They were extremely efficient and very professional.

My AC stopped working mysteriously. United Air Temp sent someone out the next day and he (Ronnie) diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally, he fixed two other problems. Our air conditioning stopped working so we called United Air Temp since we had a contract with them. Their maintenace staff person, Melvin, came promptly and assessed the problem. He explained clearly what was needed to make the repairs and ordered the necessary part. The service was excellent in every respect and we highly recommend United Air Temp.
