Our compressor unit was no longer working. During our process we had a total of 8 HVAC specialist give us quotes. Damon was the only one to troubleshoot the problem vs just giving us a quote. He spent an extra 30 min taking the unit a part to make sure we needed a unit vs a repair. Damon is a professional and easy to discuss issues with and truly honest. I will use his services from now own. I completely recommend him!

Damon came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, a couple of new parts later and we were up and running. We set an appointment window, he arrived five minutes early and was here for about an hour. He left the area clean and tidy. I’m real happy with the work and would definitely call Honest HVAC for any future issues.

Damon put in an heating and air conditioning system at a great price and great quality. I trust him to do any repairs or installation at my house and would recommend him to family and friends. He's dependable, reliable and a respectful person. Great work Damon and Honest HVAC.

Damon was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, explaining what he found, and got the unit working quickly! I have had terrible experiences with companies from our former home warranty company so I was hoping the reviews online for this company were accurate. Damon was professional and courteous and I felt confident in the diagnosis. I couldn't agree more with all of the FIVE star recommendations!!! Definitely call if you need a good, HONEST company!

Damon with Honest HVAC was great! I called Honest HVAC went my ac all of a sudden stopped blowing cool air at night. The temp was supposed to be in the high 80's the next day and I knew I had to get someone to check it out quickly before my home became a sauna! He showed up the next day on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue! He is extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable, and punctual! If you need an HVAC tech or on the fence between various companies call Honest HVAC, you won't regret it!

Came out to do a 2nd opinion, we were told we needed a whole new system from the 1st company. Honest HAVC came out to do a 2nd opinion and asked if they could try putting a new motor in the fan that if it didn’t work he would just take it back out and put ours back in. He put the motor in and to our surprise it worked. He saved us 10,000 . He said it was a common mistake must companies make not thinking it is the motor. Either way we are very grateful for his honesty. We will definitely be calling him for any future problems.

The thermostat for my HVAC system stopped working last night. This morning, on a recommendation of a friend, I called Damon at Honest Vac HVAC. He was polite, prompt, listened to my concern(s), explained my options and suggested solutions. I plan to have his company continue providing services to my home’s HVAC system. A very positive experience!

Honest HVAC helped us out of a big jam. With no a/c during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Damon and Honest HVAC were the only company in the area that could find the part we needed and get it done. Big companies were telling me it would be at least 3 weeks. Damon got it done in 5 days for a fair price. If you're in Stafford/Fredericksburg area, this is your A/C company.

Damon is one of the best HVAC people I’ve ever met. He is so honest about all the issues and different options. I’ve been working with Honest HVAC for the last few years and can always count on an honest assessment, great work, and true professionalism. Above all, Damon is willing to go above and beyond to make sure my system is running properly and briefs me in an easy to understand way, if something is not properly working, but does not apply pressure to fix it now if there is still life in the part.

Damon is the man!!! He's a great guy and just like the name of his company, honest! Extremely thorough, concise, and courteous. Broke things down to where I could understand and provided options. Also much more affordable than my previous technician.

Damon with Honest HVAC, was awesome! He came right out when I have been searching for a new company to take on my homes for maintenance. He was immediately responsive, serviced both my properties within a week and explains everything as he's working and a detailed health report of my system. My heat pump quit working 2 weeks ago. Damon arrived the same day , was quick with his work ,(in 100+ heat) and the problem was fixed in no time ! The part and labor was under warranty, the service call was free ! Five stars !

I had gotten home from being out of town. It was over 90 degrees in my house. The AC for the 2 top floors was inoperable. This was a day before 4th of July and I had family arriving the next day and my wife flying in that night. It was a nightmare. I called around to a few places and no one could come out and wanted a crazy amount of money if they did. I finally spoke to Damon from Honest HVAC. He let me know he could be there first thing in the AM. Ok great. 10 mins later he said he was on his way!! I guess he heard the stress in my voice. He was upfront to the point, no upselling, professional, and actually gave me some pointers on what to do and what not to do. On top of all that, the prices were very reasonable. Why would I go with any other company for my HVAC needs? I highly recommend this company. They really take care of thier customers!!!
