My wife & I noticed our AC wasn't cooling our house and of course it has to happen on one of the hottest days of the year. We checked our community resource page and several people recommended Hynes HVAC LLC so we gave them a call. They were so polite and they said they had one appointment left for the day so of course we took it. They assigned Andrew Weiss as our technician. Hynes HVAC LLC sends you a text with a link so you can track the technicians route. When Andrew arrived he said to call him Andy. Andy was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Fortunately the problem was an easy fix and we started cooling down immediately. Thanks Andy and Hynes HVAC LLC for a job well done.

Hynes HVAC was so amazing. Our AC went out with a Newborn at home, Hynes was able to schedule us quickly. Andy (Andrew) our tech was great to have. He was very personable and an amazing communicator. Andy was able to talk me through everything that was going on with the system and how to manage it in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Hynes to anyone out there.

We had a great experience with Mike from Hynes HVAC. We were doing preventative maintenance for the summer. Mike checked both of our systems, walked us through potential issues that he identified, and helped us resolve them. He let us follow him around, showed us exactly what he was doing while he described everything in detail, and answered all of our questions. In short - a great experience! If you ever have a problem with your ac, This is the place to go. I had to replace both if my units. They got me in right away and replaced it with in days. I will never go anywhere else. I called Hynes to request emergency service on my AC unit and they sent an excellent technician (Andy) out that same morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a (very reasonable) quote and thankfully had the replacement part on his truck. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs!

Constant professionals that stand by their work. Don’t be scammed by the big box companies. Hynes will treat you like a person as opposed to a “job.”

We used Hynes for a broken gas dryer inspection as well as a gas to electric water heater replacement over the course of two weeks. They were professional, responsive, and helpful. Andrew was the tech who did most of the work and we thought he was a very kind, knowledgeable person. Mike chatted with me once or twice on the phone and was very accommodating and helpful. We definitely recommend this company and will use them again when finally getting rid of our gas broiler.

Mike was outstanding. He was on time, he communicated regularly, was patient, he was honest, friendly, and instead of replacing expensive things, he took the time to figure out the real problem and fixed it. Several days ago, our heat pump stopped cooling the house. We called a different company, who we’ve been using for years for maintenance, to fix the unit and we’re told we needed an entire new system. They gave us a quote for a new heat pump and air handler.

I contacted Hynes HVAC LLC on a Sunday to get a second estimate for a new HVAC system. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Mike arrived right on time and was very professional.

Mike wanted to double check our system to make sure a new one was absolutely needed before he gave us an estimate. I’m really glad he did because he had our condenser fixed in about 15 minutes. His professionalism and knowledge literally saved us over $12,000 (based on the other companies quote for a new system).

We will be using Hynes HVAC for as long as we live in the Stafford area. I cannot recommend them enough.

This company is awesome and very accommodating and gave a fair cash price to replace my indoor and outdoor units.
My A/c went out 2 days before my wedding with in 2 business days they were at my house and have everything up and running so my kids had cool air while my wife and I were away on our honeymoon. Highly recommend 10/10

Mike and his team were a referral to us to replace our HVAC and boy oh boy did they DELIVER. We live up in Springfield near Annandale and it was no problem for them to come through. They were reasonably priced, super courteous, professional and installed our HVAC in a couple days in 2022. Hynes serviced our unit in the attic. The ducting had separated and cool air was being directed to the attic vice bedroom. I called in the morning and the technician was there to fix the problem that afternoon. The cost of the visit will be much less than the electric bill we would have paid if the issue didn't get fixed. Great job and tks much!

I called Hynes HVAC, as my first choice of local service providers, after checking the reviews. Customer service, through reception desk for answering the call, was great, professional, quick, polite and obviously caring. She (I will edit this post if I remember her name) s=initially scheduled me for the next day, then called back in a few hours as soon as she found an available technician in the area on the same day, just to help getting my A/C fixed ASAP in the heat of the week. I highly appreciate that.
Technician Mike arrived on time. He is very polite, professional, nice, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue in 4 minutes, offered the solution and quote, and fixed it in 10 minutes at the lowest cost. He went an extra mile for his customer, me, to answer all of my questions and concerns, checked the entire system thoroughly (outdoor, indoor, fuses, and thermostat). The service was very inexpensive, comparing to some other providers who charge client an arm an a leg. It was scheduled for the same day. Mike, the technician, had was well equipped with tools and parts to build an entire new system, if needed, so I did not have to wait for a 2nd visit (no wait, no extra cost). Would I recommend them? Definitely Yes!
