The first thing you will get to notice about Daniel with DC Heating & Colling is that he is meticulous about his work. He demonstrates outstanding work ethics and takes pride of his customer support. When we first called DC Heating, the HVAC system was not cooling enough; unable to counter July hot temperature. Daniel came and checked all pressure and temperatures. He quickly identified a major flaw in our HVAC system that existed for years and was contributing to poor system performance: The Air Handler was missing a vital part called “Thermal Expansion Valve or TXV” that should have been part of the manufacturer release. Surprisingly, our system was running without Thermal Expansion Valve since first installation 4-5 years ago which explains why our thermostat was never able to satisfy the desired indoor room temperature and the system was continuously running. To make it short, Daniel installed the new needed parts, performed final system checkup and ensured the system is performing to specifications. We could not be happier and you will too. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking to get a quick and honest quote on your HVAC system. He came within 2 hours of me calling when my home's heating system broke down in December. He walked me through exactly what was wrong, and provided a quote to repair the system and a quote to replace it. Both quotes were far less expensive than those from multiple other HVAC companies in the area. I contracted with Daniel to repair the system and he gave me recommendations on how to keep the system healthy until I was ready to replace it. Daniel is someone you can trust to take care of your HVAC system and charge you honestly for it.
