Technician (named Douglas) was able to service our HVAC on same day as our initial call. He texted to let us know that he was enroute and arrived on time, so from the very beginning, we were very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the technician. Douglas did a thorough job today and we highly recommend him! A+++

Technician Tyler arrived on time (they let me know he was on his way) He was professional and kind and helped me to get my water heater back working. I will always use Meade in the future for my HVAC maintenance. Thank you for great service!

I had a tricky issue with the furnace which didn’t function properly during very cold nights, like lower than 10 degree Fahrenheit. Mason was very patient to check the system inside and outside and come up with proposal of solution. He explained it in detail and came back second time to implement it. Hopefully it will solve my issue permanently. His professionalism is impressive.

Meade's service was impeccable, the initial contact and quote was informative and thorough, the pricing was the best in the area among the quotes we received, and they were able to get out and perform the installation very quickly based on our schedule. Highly recommended.

New furnace installation. Meade’s employees were extremely professional. They arrived on time, completed their work efficiently, didn’t leave a mess, and explained how to operate my new Lennox furnace. They also corrected a major humidifier flaw. I see their vans throughout Ashburn and now I know why.

If you run an issue with HVAC look no further, invite this company and Dominique was great. Previous 2 companies had a fix for 2 days, almost charged us over 1000 dollars for a not needed part, and had multiple issues with communication. Not to mention higher diagnostics fees. This guy comes in, fixes the issue for 30 min and charges very reasonable fee. At least give them your first try. 😀

I have rarely seen such a cohesive, hardworking team. Will, Chase, and Gio were knowledgeable, organized, and effective in replacing our HVAC system in just one day, while paying attention to every detail along the way. They were excellent in problem-solving, communicating, and recommending needed adjustments to ensure proper installation of the new system. I would recommend Meade’s for HVAC work without any hesitation, given their effective coordination and listening to clients, and focus on producing expected results.

The technician was up front and honest. He was very thorough and showed me everything in real time even though it wasn’t great news I felt like he was concerned for my families safety. I am very happy with him coming and will recommend Meades to anyone

I was looking for a new HVAC company since my previous one was absorbed by a larger company. Meade is exactly what I was looking for with efficient, personal service and no hard sell. Mason, the tech, was great. I am changing to Meade!

They live up to their 5 star experience. Ben (one of the owners) came for the estimate and was very thorough in explaining things, especially compared to other places I got a quote from who just sent an instant one without any effort of talking to the customer.

In addition he has been eyes for previous poor installation of our other system in the house. We've figured this out since we bought the house, but hearing and seeing Ben talk about what he noticed from his decades of experience, assured me Meade's will be thorough, a perfect 5 star review on 1000+ reviews affirms that.

Meade's just replaced my whole HVAC system, A/C and furnace. The process was explained to me in great detail, and their estimate brought up a couple things other companies did not mention.

It was easy to schedule the job with them, and they were able to work around issues presented by my particular unit and community. The new system works great and I'm looking forward to testing it out this summer

I started having issues with my old HVAC but couldn’t afford to replace it all at once. Meade’s was very accommodating, they installed the cooling side of my central AC in time for the summer heat. Now, before the winter season Meade’s installed my furnace. They didn’t just install it, they cleaned up the ductwork and made it much neater than it was. The air flow is much stronger throughout the house and much less noisy than my old unit. They respond to my inquiries immediately and very clearly explain the process. They worked with me on the cost, while still providing top tier appliances. They even installed a gas detector free of charge, it’s the little things that make the difference. Thanks for everything guys!!

Had a great experience with Mason. He serviced our unit and explained what he was seeing. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff. We have been using Meade’s for a couple years and have been satisfied with their service.

Needed service to a non working furnace right at the first cold week of winter, service was scheduled with ease, showed up same day. technician was very professional and generous with explaining what the issue was. system was diagnosed and he offered explaining how to fix myself if I wanted to or doing it himself for a charge. I opted for him to fix it.
2 weeks later the issue happened again,, so I called in and explained the issue and Mead's offered to send someone free of charge to see why this is recurring. Dominique showed up and was extremely professional and tried to track the issue and troubleshoot it- he was successful and the issue seems to be resolved. the second visit was 2 weeks after the first visit and there was no charge for it.
This is a business that stands behind its name and they have kind, professional staff that understands how stressful cold days can be for families and they try to do their best to make sure issues are addressed.
