We’ve had a few services completed by Residential and they are truly the best!

Most recently Brice and TJ did a very throughout vent cleaning for us - they did a great job with the service, were very communicative and helpful, were able to get us scheduled quickly, and even brought in groceries for my wife (with a newborn) without being asked.

They also replaced our entire HVAC system last year and we've had no issues since. Just a really well run and executed team with very fair pricing.

Guys did a great job, and service came back promptly the next morning at 8am to fix one wire connection. Great service thank you

Have used Residential Express twice now for HVAC servicing / repair, and they have been great so far. Fantastic experience. Maged came out within an hour of my first call, but did not have expertise in my particular unit. He was able to get another technician out to definitively diagnose the issue. William diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came out to install the next day.

Maged, William, and Mario did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased. They were on time, their dispatch worked very well, and they were very thorough in testing the fix.

While my issue was a bit more expensive to fix then Google suggested, after seeing all the work that went in and how thorough they were, I felt like I got my moneys worth. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

This is the second time we’ve used this company to clean our dryer vent. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Arrives on time, worked efficiently and were very professional. We’ll definitely use them again. We liked them so much that we’re having them clean our HVAC vents.

We requested an AC diagnostic priced at $89, and the technician arrived on time and thoroughly assessed our AC unit. He patiently answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Fair pricing and an honest, reliable company. Highly recommend!

This company is absolutely fabulous! All of their techs are honest, prompt, and informative. They don't try to oversell you on anything and properly educate you how you can care for and extend your cooling and heating units.

Sent a text over a warranty-covered issue with my HVAC at 11:30pm on a Friday. These guys responded immediately and had a friendly technician on the ground at my home by 8am Saturday morning. It's 10:30am and we are back up and running!

First repair/maintenance job needed some adjustments, but the company coordinated sending a second technician out to fix the issue. Rob was our second technician and he was very professional and thorough. Will definitely be calling to request Rob for future routine maintenance and repairs.

They replaced a broken water heater. It was a fantastic experience from the time I reached out to them until they cleaned up after installation. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and did a great job with the project.

Residential Express is an outstanding small business. The entire team is incredibly personable and professional. Mary, who answers the phone, is amazing — she’s helpful, patient, and great to work with. Dave was excellent and Santos was wonderful as well. This company is honest and straightforward, and they don’t try to upsell or take advantage of customers like some HVAC companies do. I highly recommend them!

So far I can say only good words about the Company, as well as the technician, who repaired our system. A summary: overnight our furnace stopped working, so I called this Company and scheduled a visit for 1400-1700 time window. The technician - Robert called me before noon and informed that he could come sooner, which made me happy. During his visit he displayed a good knowledge of the system, quick decision-making, good quality of work (as far as I can tell), and attentions to details (the system was tested several times). Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would recommend this Company to a friend. I also scheduled another job with them.

We had our annual furnace check up. Our service technician was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. Such a polite and caring individual. We love this company and recommend them fully.
