Did a heating tuneup and the technician was very knowledgeable and profession. Arrived on time and kept me informed of his arrival .

Orlando was amazing! He called to tell me when he would be there (which was in the window of time they provided the day before); he was respectful, knowledgeable, able to explain the issue in layman's terms for me, and helpful.

This review is really for Barre, from their contract center department, who was able to correct one of his teammates “snafu” (to say the least) and save the day. I will update after service if needed but thank you Barre, I hope your company recognizes your hard work and positive attitude, a lost art in customer service these days.

Had a great experience with United Air Tem.! Sean handled the inspection professionally, and Tease and Daniel did an awesome job installing my water heater. They were super friendly, got the job done quickly, and even gave me some useful tips before they left. Highly recommend them.

Responded to problem quickly. Sent the right specialist. Defected part ordered and installed in a few days. The solution has been effective todate.

Subash was so professional and easy to work with! He helped me with all our plumbing needs and installed a garage disposal that stopped working when he had almost walked out the door! He was truly a blessing to me today!

My experience with United Air Temp was exceptional. I submitted my claim with my home warranty and they were out the very next day! The tech that came out was very professional and kind! He asked me if he needed to take his shoes off. He was very thorough with addressing the issues that I had with my sink and garbage disposal! He explained everything to me and let me know they would have to return with a replacement part!

David, our technician, came out and identified the capacitor in the HVAC had blown. He replaced the piece but also said that was probably a secondary effect of another issue. He checked the unit and found oil leaking in the bend of the feeder pipe. He repaired the leak and our AC unit is now functioning properly. David was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
My one complaint is towards the company. We were an "on call" appointment, which means they will get to you that day when they can fit you in. The hours of that can be 8am to midnight. I appreciate the company trying to fit us in, but working such late and long hours is not a great way to keep your talented technicians. Remember if you want to keep your reviews and customer satisfaction high, it all starts with your front line people, your techs. Take care of them, and in return they take care of you.

The Tech, Malachi, was excellent. He thoroughly checked and cleaned our entire HVAC system, inside and outside. He was quiet, polite, and respected our carpet. I have nothing problems recommending him as your next service tech.

We signed up for a service contract. We’ll probably save money over the 12 months and this ensures we’ll get a second cleaning in 6 months -a good thing in the long run.

I called United around 7:30 PM Friday night and got in touch with Marcy who was very helpful in setting up an emergency stop for one of their technicians in the area. My AC unit fan had stopped and one of the components fried. With the temperature is in the 90s and 100s— and I have pets— I was eager to find someone to come out to my house as soon as possible. That’s where United Air Temp stepped in. My service tech, Nicholas, arrived and set to work fixing the unit. Nicholas was very kind and clearly had been in this field for a some time. His confidence and experience made comfortable with how this transaction would pan out. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me better understand the unit and what to look out for in the future. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional items or services even though in the end, I did, simply because the customer service that I received in this emergency scenario was fantastic.

As usual Terry analyzed the problem and fixed it! We are up and running and very grateful for his service excellence and quick response! To be honest he has been working on my units for years and would have no one else here as we have a great relationship! Will say James has Ben here as well and provided the same service!

They were the only one who responded to call on Saturday after 6 hrs looking for a plumber and very fast and quick setvup me with a emergency- on the go - appointment and the plumber called and showed up 8:30 on Sunday morning! I'm

The technician called to see if he could come early! Showed up when he said. Did a good job. Offered advice and other services without feeling pushy.

David displayed an awesome mix of professionalism and approachability. He was very patient and detail oriented in addition to doing a an excellent job. He explained everything before starting. Discussed options and gave personalized recommendation. Asked if I had any questions before starting the work. Reviewed everything with me after he was done. And asked again if I had any questions. He was really willing to help all the way. He also offered other services his company provided in case I wanted a step further with upgrades and such.
