Tidewater Pro came out today to check my mini split system for an unusual noise I was hearing during defrost mode this past winter. I wanted them to check it out before the upcoming winter months. Thankfully, all is good. While here, they also took the time to check the bigger Bosch unit they installed a little over a year ago. Did some maintenance on this one as well; Jason and Jason were courteous, thorough, and to me, went over and beyond! They made sure both of my units were working properly. They actually arrived before my allotted time slot. And the cost to check my systems was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!

My first appointment with Tidewater Pro Air. My two service techs were on time, very professional and respectful.
Also, they taught and showed me the functionality of the damper and how it will improve the zone temperature in the areas of our home.
These guys are top notch and will see them again in 6 months for another seasonal tune-up.

Today , they came within two days of calling and repaired my upstairs unit. Jason and Jason were great!

They responded with a tech on site within a few hours. Fixed all the problems promptly after Russell Mechanical told me I needed a new unit. Mine is only 4 years old. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they saved me about $12,000

Josh and his team at Tidewater Pro-Air were very easy to work with and responsive to questions. I appreciate they did what they promised and kept their commitments. I felt like my time was valued. Tidewater Pro Air is the absolute best. Our neighbor recommended them after we were quoted an INSANE amount to fix our AC by the people who installed it. They came to check out the situation, gave us a couple options for how we could proceed and brought window units to keep us cool while we waited for the install. We ultimately saved $3k by going with them. I don’t foresee any issues going forward but if anything ever arises I’m calling these guys first.
