Williamsburg Heating is an outstanding business! We have been with them for 12 years and find their work, honesty, staff, and more important, there getting the job done correctly "outstanding"!
You call them and they react quickly with a call that very day. Fixing the problem will be scheduled very quickly. I have never been more pleased with their politeness and fair prices.

Great Company to deal with, they installed a new system in our condo 3 years ago very happy with their work and price. Just signed up for a new service agreement, tech was on time and very courteous

Had an AC issue with very little cooling coming through the system. The technician was amazing and very thorough. He talked me through every step he did to troubleshoot and explain why. He quickly solved the problem and performed perfectly! Thank you!

They have done everything from routine maintenance to installing my upstairs heat pump. The answering service and technicians are absolute professionals and some of the nicest people. They do absolutely amazing work and they keep their prices reasonable, considering the current cost of materials. They have been on time within their window. They always give you a call and they are more than willing to go above and beyond with any questions before during and after service you could have. Will never use another AC/Heating service.

Wmsbg Heating & Air could not have been more responsive to our needs. My 94 year-old mother's furnace died two days before 6" of snow was forecast and the office did everything they could to accommodate us. When installation day came, they sent 5 trucks and at least 6 technicians to get the job done. Newer compliance codes required solutions to venting, lineset, drainage, and internal wiring issues -- all worked out by the proficient and smart crew. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

This company is the best in the business. I have had a heating system installed in my home and also had Mitsubishi units installed in a garage apartment. Service for both heating and air is quick, reliable, and reasonable. They always come through. This a a company you can rely on. I highly recommend this business!

I called about my heat system. They responded and came within 2-3 hours. The tech found the issue, fixed and checked every part of the system inside and out. He even topped off the refrigerant to ensure that I didn't have a future problem. 10/10 would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

As always, the technician who came to my house for the yearly service of my air conditioning system was top of the line professional! He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and completed the inspection in a very timely manner. The technician arrived when promised and called ahead to let us know when he was arriving. The technician was very polite and professional and, if a change in thermostat setting was necessary to check out the equipment, the thermostat was reset to the original setting when he completed his testing.

Derrick provided PM on our present system and gave us a quote for a new system. He was relatable, personable, and professional. He spent quality time on making sure to get the correct ton unit for our house. He explained all the details and answered all our questions. He understood that a good relationship was important to us. We liked his approach so much and the referrals from 2 friends, we decided not to get a 2nd quote.

Tech arrived promptly at the beginning of the agreed to timeframe. Extremely courteous and professional, he immediately began inspecting the AC and furnace.
