After having some concerns with our initial duct cleaning, the team at Pure Air was quick to address the issue. They were responsive to our complaints and scheduled a secondary visit without hesitation. When they returned, they reviewed the previous work and addressed all of our concerns —without charging us extra.

Pure air duct cleaning are the most professional and hard workers thatchave ever cono to work on any project on our house. I highly recommend them!! These is the second time we use them and would continue to use in the future. We had the platinum package and it is worth every single dollar. Thanks a lot for a great work.

Booked an appointment online. Received a call to confirm stating technician will not come out the day of without confirmation. Confirmed 2 days prior. Received a text 24 hours before appointment asking to confirm. I confirmed and received a window of 130-2. By 2 no one had showed. I called and was told office person would get back to me. No one ever called. At 7pm I texted the number that asked for confirmation 24 hrs before and received this response "sorry about the inconvenience, but our technician stated we do not service your area". What the heck? No one verified that BEFORE I took time off of work and BEFORE confirming with me TWICE that they would be here? Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. RUN, do not walk away from this company.

They are scam. they are not professionals they sent guys from seven eleven. I scheduled Dryer duct cleaning with them for $ 79. when they arrived to my resident they said that there is a blockage you have to pay $250. I said I can't pay this amount. They said if you pay $250 I will clean inside the dryer for free. I said cleaning the duct is includes cleaning the dryer, they said if you're not going with cleaning you have to pay $ 89. They are scam and trying to rob you, they push you in a corner either fix or pay $ 89. I called their office several times that you haven't mentioned in your website that you charge $89 for just showing up. Past two weeks I was trying to reach the customer service manager, it never happened, because they did not have a manager the guy that I talked to him several times was the owner of the business, they have no physical office. He gathered a few guys, gave them a vacuum to vacuum the duct only, if you wand your dryer itself to be cleaned you have to pay extra. They didn't clean the back of the dryer itself, they did not disconnected the duct from the machine to clean properly, they have not used the deodorant spray. just vacuumed the un assembled duct. They did not show me that what blocked the duct. Because it wasn't the blockage but required regular ductwork. I don't recommend them to anyone they don't even deserve one star. Zero star and zero customer service.
