Panorama Remodeling did a great job remodeling most of our second floor - two bathrooms including rearrangement of layout/plumbing, replaced/refinished all flooring, wall removal, closet installation, stair railing and door replacements, painting. George and his team have all of the elements that make them successful: hard-working, on-time, respectful and constant communication, details, cleanliness, quality work.

We are very happy with the work done by George and his team. They renovated our bathrooms, powder room and changed our floor; and our bathrooms and new floor all look great. During the long project, they have been very responsive to our questions, always kept us updated on what to expect, arrived on time, and checked with us on any important decisions.

This is our first major remodeling project, and George has made sure that everything went smoothly, helped resolve any unexpected issue encountered. He has also provided a lot of good recommendations on how to decorate our new bathrooms.

We will definitely work with them again for any of our future projects.

Panorama Remodeling just finished up a bathroom remodel project for us and we are extremely satisfied. George and his crew performed beyond all expectations. They were neat and cleaned up after each day’s work, arrived when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the project, and worked very carefully. We could not be happier after having hired Panorama Remodeling to finish our basement. This project included the addition of a full bath, bedroom, storage room, gym, living room and wet bar. The entire project took only a month to complete (once permits were approved) and this was only possible thanks to the efficiency of George and his crew.

George was a phenomenal project manager. He was consistently the first to arrive and last to leave. We were shocked at how quickly everything was completed and how thorough and responsive George was with any concern or request that popped into our minds. George treated our home as though it was his own throughout the duration of the project. He was extremely considerate of our wants and needs from the designs we provided him and went as far as to suggest more ways that we could optimize the space. His crew was extremely respectful of our space, being sure to protect our personal items from any debris during construction. They arrived promptly and kept our home clean and organized, allowing us to come downstairs and review their progress each day.

We met with about 8 contractors in the area and Panorama was the best choice to go with for a large project like ours. We absolutely loved working with George and will miss his presence in our home. George became a part of the family for us. He even went as far as to buy birthday presents for our daughters. George is the most genuine contractor we’ve ever worked with and a wonderful person. We would 100% recommend him and his crew and would work with him and Panorama again in the future. We are already brainstorming more projects! Thank you again George and crew for our beautiful basement!

George and the team from Panorama Remodeling did an outstanding job on our basement remodel job. The team laid tile in the basement, added a door to connect the basement bedroom to the bathroom, and changed out the carpet on the stairs to make it consistent with the upstairs. George even personally assisted with some other minor handyman projects. The quality of service provided was well worth the price. Thank you, George and Panorama Remodeling!

Panorama remodeling recently renovated my hallway bathroom and we could not be happier with the result! This company is the best home remodeling company I have worked with so far. Communication with George is a breeze, who provided his honest opinions and consulting services without hesitation. The crew were efficient and hardworking and each of them was an expert in some areas of construction. The whole process was very well managed, and streamlined in a pipelined process - every crew was always working on something to prepare for the next step or someone else's job. They hardly took a break and delivered a complete bathroom redo ( gutted, new plumbing, new electrical wiring, new dry wall, new tile, new paint, new everything) in exactly 7 and half days, just as promised. Meanwhile, they have also updated (not a complete redo) a basement bathroom at the same time in my house ( a last minute request from me and George and I had a verbal contract on the spot) that exceeded my expectations. I will work with George again anytime for my house renovation projects in the future. He may seem to be more expensive than other contractors at the begining, but you get your money worth for the quality delivered. Thank you Panorama Remodeling for taking good care of my house!

We worked with George and his team at Panorama to transform our basement and were so impressed--we completely recommend them! George and his team transformed our largely unfinished basement into a beautiful space with a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, and the finished project is bright, clean, modern, and so functional!

George is fantastic! He is easy to communicate with and very responsive by email/text/phone, and he was on site every day during our project to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was also very thoughtful in his design and recommendations and helped us make some decisions based on his expertise. There were certain things that we did not even think to specify initially, but by the time we mentioned it, George had already thought of it and done it!

George's team is incredibly hard-working! They showed up first thing in the morning and worked through the end of the day, and they came every day Monday-Saturday. Because George prioritizes one project at a time, they were very focused and highly motivated to get our job done--so much so that they finished a week ahead of schedule! We even added a few (pretty significant) things mid-project, and they still finished early! George is very committed to quality though, so even though he was motivated to keep everyone on schedule, he still made sure people came out a few extra times to address some last minute things.

We are very pleased with the work that they did and highly recommend working with George and Panorama!

George and the team at Panorama helped us with a wide range of projects: a kitchen overhaul, two bathrooms, a powder room, changing a laundry room into a wet bar, and converting a garage into a home gym.

We were new to remodeling and thankful to be able to trust George’s judgment and good taste throughout the process. He and the entire crew took ownership and pride in their work. George, in particular, acted as a thought partner as we worked through different design elements. He was (very) patient as we iterated through different ideas and concerns and always very responsive, if not even proactive in anticipating our needs.

His team was fantastic and professional through the pandemic. Each team member brought unique and refined skills to the project. And at the end of each day, the team took time to clean up and sweep out, understanding that we were working from home. They were always considerate of our pets and children, who were living through the construction.

One of the things we appreciated most was their patience with a number of our idiosyncratic asks. We know these added time and work for the team. But at no point did they push back, and instead made sure that we got the home, down to the nitty details, that we wanted.

Over our time with them, we grew to have a lot of affection, admiration, and appreciation for this team. If we ever have future needs, Panorama will be our first call.

You will not be disappointed using George and his team. Their work is incredible! We have split level home and they gutted our first floor- taking down walls, moving our bathroom and giving us new beautiful kitchen. The crew worked incredibly hard and got the work done faster than anticipated and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Our old 1940s home has many quirks that can make it tough to meet residential building codes, but George made the permitting process as stress-free as possible.

We went with Panorama not only because they were competitively priced, but because George was clearly knowledgeable during our site consultation and extremely communicative, and that gave us the reassurance that he was the right person for the job.

And, in small part, to avoid the word getting out of Panorama Remodeling, because we need another bathroom remodeled soon! Panorama is the ultimate contracting team: timely, communicative, detail-oriented, competitively priced, professional, respectful of COVID protocols, and talented. They have immense knowledge about design and how to add value to your home. They transformed our 1950s guest bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and entryway. The guys worked tirelessly, and the integrity of their work is obvious. At this point, we would let George watch our first born baby, or do our taxes. Just do yourself a favor and call Panorama!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! George and his team managed a major remodel of our basement - adding a shower, renovating the bathroom, adding a closet, and adding a kitchenette - from concept design through completion. Panorama Remodeling's expertise produced a beautiful, high-quality product (glass shower, lovely tile work, granite counters, etc). Their workmanship easily passed the county's inspections each step of the way. My husband and I love our 1938 Cape Cod and have wanted for a very long time to build a 1st floor Master bedroom, bath and enlarge our very small family room. Our dream finally became a reality when we met George, Project Manager of Panorama Remodeling. The first thing he said to us was, “I wanted to earn your respect so you’ll allow me to build your addition.” After that statement, he had our attention, so off we went. We’d been working on a design and knew what we wanted. After sharing our plan, George quickly responded with a very reasonable quote, some suggestions and a great timeline. In our discussions, we especially liked the fact that he only builds 1-2 additions at a time. He does this intentionally so he can focus his attention on the larger construction projects, while still managing all his remodeling jobs. Panorama Remodeling is licensed in VA, DC & MD.

Fast forward two months after ground breaking, tearing down a cinder block wall to enlarge the family room, we were so excited to be moving into our new addition. George was extremely responsive to all of our questions, lists and concerns. He even anticipated things we hadn’t considered and took immediate action to solve any problems that arose. Each morning, George or his assistant was on site to supervise the day’s work. All of George’s crew and subcontractors love working for him. They work very hard and do great work because he treats them equally, fairly and with respect.

George made the entire building process enjoyable and as “stressless” as possible. He said it was his job to handle the stress not ours. He took very good care of us and wanted everything to be right. We pinch ourselves and say, “We finally did it after all these years.” The days are quieter now and we miss seeing George on a daily basis. But the good news is we’re now part of George’s family and know he’ll always be there for us because he loves what he does!

So don’t hesitate to call Panorama Remodeling for any home improvement project you want big or small. There are many contractors in the metro area but excellent customer service and quality work are rare to find. Trust us we know!

George and his crew did everything from the demo to tiling, electric, plumbing, painting and cleaning up after the job was complete. No sub-contracting, no waiting. On time every day. George coordinated ordering all the supplies, fixtures and helped us make the better, and not necessarily more expensive, choices for our project. We enthusiastically recommend Panorama Remodeling to anyone in the northern Virginia area needing repairs or remodeling to their home. In mid-June several trees fell on our house, deck, pond, shed and chimney causing severe damage. Within hours George from Panorama had his roofing people on the roof removing a shattered skylight and tree debris and placing tarps. For the next six weeks Panorama restored everything with very high standards. The entire time we often felt reassured that Panorama would “take care of it.” The people Panorama uses (asbestos removal, roofing, siding, chimney repair, drywall, painting, deck-building) are long time partners and do excellent work. George and his workers are reliable and punctual. If something is brought to their attention that we didn’t like they quickly honored our concerns. On Panorama we have found an honest, concerned contractor with whom to do business. We are very grateful!

George and his team at Panorama truly are second to none. Our positive experience started before day 1 when George worked through the proposal with us. He was direct, clear and offered us a no-nonsense proposal including helping us see some alternative layouts we hand't considered possible. Once started the crew was meticulous and courteous starting with demo; I've never seen such attention to cleanliness where the crew literally left the site as clean as before demo. Throughout the project they were punctual, on time and never tried to upsell us. George personally showed up every day to make sure the team knew what to do and that we were happy. Overall, we complete the project on time as George promised. I'd absolutely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone doing a remodel of this nature.
