From my first phone call to the delivery of my cleaned rugs everything exceeded my expectations. The fellow who picked up and delivered my rugs was cheerful and helpful. When the rugs were returned they looked brand new. My experience was perfect and it was my first.

Grease be gone. We had beige carpet installed about a year ago. Last week our swivel bar stool lost a bolt and some grease dropped on the carpet. We saw the bolt but didn't notice the grease. We pulled out the bar stool and transformed the grease ball into a 12" by 1" grease stain across the carpet. We really thought the carpet was ruined. Rafael came out and even he gave it the high eyebrow look and said he was unsure about getting it clean. But he worked some magic and it is completely gone! I'm amazed. He did a beautiful job. Five stars for Rafael and five stars for this company.

We've been a regular customer for over five years. Cleaning services are excellent and their office staff provide excellent customer service. I always think Excellent Carpet Cleaning when our carpets are looking tired.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning did a terrific job for me in cleaning four carpets and repairing a favorite oriental carpet that had moth damage. They provided excellent and timely service and did quality work at a very fair price.

Our serviceman was attentive to my needs. We have a puppy that was difficult to potty train and our carpets were quite stained. I had spot cleaned, but the stains would always reappear. He worked on those stains and every last one of them was gone for good. Such a relief!!

The technician, Daniel, did an excellent job of cleaning our humongous sofa. He saved me from replacing it but making it look so much better.

I looked for local carpet cleaning in Tysons - we were moving and wanted the carpets professionally cleaned. I ended up going with Excellent Carpet Cleaning because they had their prices on their website... so I could at least ballpark what everything was going to cost.

We had mover shenanigans, who scheduled a day, then canceled because of weather, then showed up on the original day. A++ to ECC for moving their schedule 3 times to accommodate the day after the movers came.

Oh, and the carpet looks great as well.

Yesterday, Arthur of Excellent Carpet Cleaning spent 2.5 hours at our home giving the carpet a thorough and highly professional cleaning. The result was outstanding in every respect.
