If you are looking for an honest, reliable plumber, look no further than Hicks plumbing ! We have had sink issues, toilet issues, and frozen pipe issues, and each time they have come fast and didn’t charge us an arm leg for the services! Super friendly, and skilled, never tried to up sell! (I sound like a paid advertisement, but they are just that good!)

The Hicks Plumbing company is very responsive. The lady on the phone was very kind and knowledgeable. I called them at about 8:00 am, they took my order and showed up at the door exactly 9:00 am. They provided nice, clean and quick service with a very reasonable price. Thanks to Gary, nice job. and many thanks to Hicks Plumbing Service for their incredible service.

Our hot water supply valve snapped when I tried to remove it from the bathroom galvanized nipple. The team of Tony and Kevin were here the next day to assess the issue. They then scheduled the repair within three working days. Tony and Kevin were extremely professional, prompt and exceptionally knowledgeable. They treated our home as if it were their home, being careful not to leave behind any of the removed/replaced plumbing parts. They took great care to social distance, wear masks and ensure they had foot coverings when entering the home. I refer many of my Pillar to Post clients to Hicks Plumbing Services as they are well qualified to handle most any plumbing repair or improvement. Called late on a Saturday afternoon/early evening for a leaking main shutoff valve. They answered promptly, took our info, and then had someone to our house all in less than 30 minutes. As a comparison, it took over 24 hours for another "emergency plumber", who we called first, to even call us back.

Our problem turned out to be a very easy repair that I should have known how to do myself, but that's my fault not theirs. Also can't fault them for the repair cost because they told us upfront what the after-hours/weekend emergency "show up" rate was. I have some other plumbing work that I've been putting off and I will definitely contact them to get a quote.

We have used Hicks Plumbing for multiple issues with our older home, and they have been responsive, a great value, and excellent service. We once had a minor issue with a repair, a Hicks team member came out right away to resolve. Just had a water heater leak on Memorial Day, Mr. Hicks came out within a few hours to repair. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Hicks Plumbing saved the day! Two other plumbing companies were unable to identify/address our plumbing issue. Tony Hicks assessed and repaired the problem in less than 40 minutes! Highly recommend this company for the value, professionalism, quick response time and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I have used Hicks a few times and always had a good experience working with Tony. Our last call to Hicks was a great experience as well. We are selling our house and the home inspector said the sump pump wasn't working. Adam came out and we just told him to replace it. He insisted on testing it and it worked fine! The home inspector lied. Needless to say we already signed our addendum for the sales contract on the home and were stuck doing the work. Next time I will call Hicks before I sign anything with a realtor. Adam did a great job. I have to say I am very jealous of Adam's beard and I hope someday to have one as impressive as his. I highly recommend Hicks as a company and Adam as a trustworthy experienced technician.

Tony has helped us out several times in a pinch. Recently we had a leak in the basement ceiling and guests were coming to stay in the basement suite. Tony came over not once but twice. The first time he was trying to eliminate possible sources of the leak. The second time was follow-up which he found was a problem with the refrigerator, not a plumbing issue.

She was very fast, empathetic and organized. Kevin came onsite and was very professional to work with, friendly and patient. He was able to successfully troubleshoot our plumbing rather quickly! We have been calling Hick’s plumbing services ever since we bought our house way back in 2009.

They have helped us with everything from toilet’s that won’t stop filling and clogged sinks, to installing a new bathroom in our addition, installing a sump pump in our crawlspace, snaking our sewer lines and replacing a water heater over a holiday weekend (after ours ruptured unexpectedly).

Pricing has always been fair. Even the emergency repair on the water heater wasn’t as much as I was expecting!

They have taken such great care of us that I recommend them to everyone I know!

Had an excellent experience with Hicks! Had a clogged drain so I called and spoke with Christina to schedule a visit. Tony came within the hour was able to unclog my drain quickly and had it working like new again. Tony and Christina were both respectful, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend!

Prompt service, honest pricing and diagnosis. Called Hicks Plumbing to repair a faulty valve at my mom's house which they fixed on the spot.

Used them again to repair a faulty toilet at my condo. Tony was very professional and provided excellent work.

Kevin was awesome! He listened to me describe the issue, gave me options and explained them all in layman's terms, as well as his recommendation as a professional. I felt "listened to" and that there was no sales pitch or ulterior motive, he just wanted to help me, and they charge a fair price (significantly less than the other plumber that was initially assigned to do the job). Hicks is my new go-to for all things plumbing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hick’s plumbing was available in short notice, a real person answers the phone, they were professional, and very friendly. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone! Copper, pex, PVC, drain lines, I’m sure they’re qualified to work on everything. Tony explained the repair he did at our house as he was doing it and made sure it was a sound leak free repair before finishing the work. I’d be happy to call them again!

Kevin was fantastic! Our distal plumbing was backed up on New Years night. He responded right away and then arrived bright and early on a holiday to resolve the issue. He did some investigating to deduce the clog source which saved us several hundred dollars. He fixed the issue quickly but also gave us a plethora of knowledge about basic plumbing maintenance and prevention. As new home owners this knowledge was invaluable. I tried to convince him to write a book. The price, work and professionalism were 5 stars. We will definitely be hiring him again!
