#2 He showed up exactly as promised and was very professional,
#3 He worked neatly to remove as little drywall as possible to diagnose the issue --which was not what I thought,
#4 He only did what was needed, and completed it in a day,
#5 After the standard diagnosis fee, he charges for the job, including his materials, NOT by the hour.

Prompt service, thorough explanation of alternatives : had to replace a 14 yo leaking water tank. Laundry room clean and tidy after.Jermaine Edwards does excellent work.
