Honest and dedicated, 10/10 definitely recommend Vila structural and their team!

Nicolas and Loghan are very hard workers. They cleaned out our crawl space, fixed our sagging floor, and laid all new plastic under there in just 2 days! Highly satisfied with their quality and price.

I had several foundation beam issues. The guys responded quickly, professionally and tirelessly to fix them. They left no mess too.
Well done Alex and Logan!

Got several quotes on a make over for our crawl space, and Nicolas’ quote was the most valuable.(Sandfill, clean out, hvac lines replaced, insulation, full encapsulation, dehumidifier.)He thoroughly went over the causes for humidity in our crawl space
and the solutions. Very good customer service, very clear communication and would answer all my questions. Felt very assured of their work and felt good about them working on my home.

Nicolas and his team did such an amazing job in my house getting my crawl space cleaned and also replaced some rotten joists all in the same day! This guys are the ones that you would hire with no hesitation. Professional, clean, and great price all in one!

I had a great experience with Vila Structural. Nicolas was able to come out and give me a detailed estimate the same day I reached out. Kind, professional, and patient. Answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before starting the work.

He fixed a bouncy floor in my home by installing a support system in the crawl space. Highly recommend Vila Structural for anyone dealing with crawl space or structural problems. Very honest and neighborly.

Absolutely incredible experience with Vila Structural! From start to finish, Nico and Logan were professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and they took the time to clearly explain everything so I could understand what was being done.

You can see from the before-and-after photos — the difference is night and day! They turned a messy, damaged crawl space into a clean, sealed area that looks brand new. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they finished.

Nico and Logan truly care about their work and their customers, and it shows. I highly recommend Vila Structural to anyone who wants quality work done the right way. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
