My family has used the Kep'd team for years for any of our home improvement needs, so when we heard that they were now offering home maintenance subscription packages we jumped on the opportunity.

As a daughter to older parents still living independently in their own house, I wanted to make sure my parents could safely stay in their home for as long as possible. Kep'd made this possible with their maintenance plan.☺️They come out to service my parents' home every three months, making sure all of the tedious tasks of home ownership are taken care of. I especially appreciate the gutter cleaning, air filter changes, and Spring deep cleaning they do. Plus, my parents are still able to use Kep'd for any maintenance and improvement needs not included in the plan at a discount.

I would like to tell you about my experience with contractor Kepd LLC. Two years ago, the company Kepd replaced my second-floor deck, and did a great job. That deck is so sturdy, I am so very happy and pleased two years out. So, a month ago I got three quotes to redo my bathroom, they were all around the same price so because of my experience with Kepd LLC they received the job. I am so pleased with my new bathroom. Since it my only full bath the brothers worked every day, even the weekend to get the job finished quickly. I just stand in the doorway and marvel at my new bathroom. Kepd LLC was recommended to me by a friend, I would highly recommend them to you.

Justin and Josh have done work on two of my properties. They have been super fast! And the price has been fair. He was extremely responsive, I would highly reccomend their service to anyone looking for home maintenance.
