Eco Carpet Pro came highly recommended from a friend and they did not disappoint! Their technician,Willie, was kind, professional, and did an amazing job! This will be the only company I use going forward! It is a family owned business and they are very customer service oriented, respond quickly, and most importantly they provide an excellent service!

My tech’s Willie and Chris were professional, on time, and proficient in their work. I definitely recommend this company and will call them back when needed.

I recently had eco carpet pro to clean a carpet at a rental property, the tennants trashed the entire house. Eco Carpet Prodid a wonderful job in removing the urine and food stains and left it smelling fresh. Team Neil Carson did an excelent job, way better than I had dared to hope for. I will reccomend them to anyone who ask for my choice in carpet care.

Willie called ahead and when he arrived was very professional. He provided the service I requested in and excellent fashion.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! I heard them from a friend and went to their website and was impressed on how easy to navigate. They have instant web quote, it is reasonable so I looked their availability and booked a clean right away. Big TIME saver. The technical was prompt, he phoned me while he was on the way. He was friendly and professional. My 10 year old carpet had never looked this great. They are a small local family owned business, all the solutions are organic. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful difference! Sr. Tech, Robert Davis, just finished cleaning two sets of carpeted stairs and a 8 x 10 area rug all of which showed high traffic use (people, dogs, spills, etc). Here we go again! Eco Carpet Pro continues to excel. We hired Eco Carpet Pro to return to our home to clean three sets of carpeted stairs, a sitting room, a primary bedroom & closet, the tile in the primary bath and the foyer tile - our carpet looks like new and the tile shines. We had the best experience with Eco Carpet Pro Cleaning. The set up was seamless and the work was amazing. My tech, Mr. Willie, was very friendly and he provided great service as he analyzed and educated us on the type of cleaning we would receive. He was quick and the treatment really brought life back to the carpets. He was able to treat and lift stains I wasn't sure would come out. The price was good. I was also pleased with their cleaning equipment since my dad Iives on the second floor in an enclosed bldg and other companies weren't able to accommodate the water supply needed because they wanted to access their trucks for water but it isnt possible in that type of bldg. I was grateful Eco was able to service the apartment with their equipment, no problem. Overall, wonderful experience and I will use them again in the future.
