Life saver carpet cleaners!
Needed a last-minute carpet cleaning before move-out and these guys were amazing. They fit me into their schedule quickly and did a fantastic job. My carpets looked (and smelled!) brand new. Big thanks to their service for helping me get my full security deposit back!

Doug and his team are AMAZING! We have older carpets, plus 3 active kids and 2 dogs….so needless to say, we needed a DEEP clean! I am blown away by how well they turned out - truly exceeded all my expectations in every room! They are polite, efficient and effective. 10/10 recommend! I will be getting on the schedule again in 2024 for another annual cleaning!

Monster Clean came and cleaned my carpeting this Tuesday. They were on time. The cleaning was amazing! I loved the technician that cleaned the carpeting. He was fast and efficient and my carpets look brand new. I would highly recommend Monster Clean!

Monster Clean did an amazing job at my house. We just bought the home and decided to have it professionally cleaned before moving in, thinking that it would remove the dog smell and surface stuff just so we could “feel cleaner”. I never imagined that it would look so brand new!! The carpets smell great, look great, and feel so soft! I added the tile and grout cleaning and sealing on a whim because replacing the grout is on our long term to-do list and I figured getting it treated now could only help us wait until we can re-do it down the road. Y’all when I tell you my grout is white, I had no idea of that fact yesterday. I honestly thought it had been painted or purposefully darkened. But it is gleaming white now! And protected from future stains! Cannot recommend Monster Clean enough!!! 100000 out of 10!

Monster clean is amazing! We have used them many times over the past four years, and I cannot recommend them enough. While their prices may seem high, I have never seen such clean carpets. And, I didn't know you could get ten year old carpets looking fabulous again after dogs, cats, and kids! Thank you, Doug and team! (Their customer service is also 5/5!)

I am a property manager in Virginia Beach and was very pleased with how Monster Clean took care of one of my properties. They did a beautiful job on carpeting that had several stains by not only removing the stains but by leaving all the carpeting looking like new again. I will definitely be using them on all my properties going forward!!

The experience was awesome with Monster Clean. The setup was easy and quick. Doug came within a few days to check out our situation and give us a quote. Our floors looked amazing after Doug and another employee(I didn't catch his name) were done and seem to be holding up in our high traffic restaurant.

Monster Clean did a wonderful job on my aging carpet. Doug came out when expected to look at the job & give an estimate. Alex came out the following Tuesday to do the job. Very professional & personable. The carpet looks great. We knew some areas might not come out well due to the age & quality of the carpet (I live in an apartment). Alex paid special attention to those areas and they look so much better. I am very pleased with the entire experience & would absolutely use them again.

Highly recommend Monster Clean. Doug arrived early, completed the job in less than an hour. He is very friendly and polite. I had my two shower tiles cleaned and they came out great. Hes is very affordable as well.

Reached out to them in the hopes of scheduling a very last minute deep clean of our kitchen. They quickly responded and came to our site for an estimate. From time of reach out to onsite cleaning it was roughly 4 days. Thank you for the quick response time and getting us ready to reopen!
