Thorough, professional, courteous and on time arrival - give 10 stars. Alec was great and provided and in-depth overview of the maintenance call to my system. Advantage installed the system nearly a decade ago and I remain impressed with the level of quality service they provide! What’s really appreciated is the preventative and safety report provided to avoid future problems. Would highly recommend Advantage heating.

Alex arrived in time for our bi-annual check up and cleaning. He was very courteous and respectful. His work was very thorough and thoughtful. He looked after every element of our two systems and made sure everything was clean, well charged, in-spec, and draining smoothly. We couldn’t ask for better service! Well done to Alex and the team!! I went on their website and scheduled a maintenance tune up for our A/C units. I got a follow up call the next morning and got an appointment date and time. She said it would be after 12noon but they would call in advance to let me know they were on their way. The day of the appointment I got a call at 12:20pm to ask if this was a good time for the technician to to head over. I said of course! A few minutes later the technician was at the front door. He worked on the outside units first and then the unit in the attic. He was very professional and did a thorough job. He said the units both looked really good. Well they installed them just 10 years ago. Hopefully we get another good 10 years out of them.

Alex M was a great technician! Very thorough and explained what was going on. We had Advantage put our units in over 15 years ago and have been on service contract with them ever since. Always fair, courteous, reasonable and on time!

We always enjoy getting the service we get when Michael comes to our home. Michael is always very Kind and Friendly!! He definitely knows what he is doing.. it is a Pleasure having him in our home.. he always explains everything to where u can understand what he is talking about.. we appreciate everything he does...

Last summer, the capacitor went out on my down stairs unit, and I didn’t really know any good AC companies in our area. However, Advantage was recommended to me by a good friend so I decided to tried this company out for this one time service to fix my capacitor. A technician by the name of Alex came out to fix the problem, and boy did we hit the jackpot with him. His knowledge is remarkable and he is truly a professional! He gave us a very detailed overview of what he was going to do and once he was done, he again gave us a detailed run down of the maintenance he preformed. Fast forward a few months, we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance program. Today we had them come out to do routine maintenance/cleaning of our heating system and guess who showed up! Alex! I’m telling you, this guy is the G.O.A.T.! He again got here and explained in detail what he would be doing. Throughout his visit, he continued to ask if we had questions or concerns, and he also gave us a number of pointers on best practices to efficiently heat/cool our home. I had my reservation about AC companies because I’ve heard horror stories about other companies who come out and try to rip consumers off by selling you services and things you really don’t need; however, this was not the case. I’m not the one to normally write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Advantage Heating and Cooling! This is the company you need to call for all your HVAC needs, HANDS DOWN!! When you do call them, ask them to send you Alex! He is the man! I’m sure all of their Technicians are awesome, but I will be requesting Alex moving forward. Thank you Advantage Heating and Cooling! Oh, I forgot to mention, the lady who works the front desk (can’t remember her name) is awesome and very helpful as well!

I have a contract with Advantage to maintain my heating/cooling system every 6 months. They are great. My AC died 7 weeks ago (during the heat wave) and I was able to get a new unit pretty quickly. Cooled very quickly and I was very happy. Unfortunately, it stopped cooling a few days ago. I called Advantage and they came out the same day and put new coolant in the unit. It lasted a day and then stopped working. James came out on a Sunday and diagnosed a bad coil unit. He came out the next day with Alex and they worked for about 4 hours and everything is great!

Advantage has been awesome. Quick response. Professional people. Friendly staff on the phone. They tell you everything they are doing. James and Alex are awesome with lots of experience. I highly recommend Advantage if you have any AC/Heating problems. Kevin

We have loved the responsiveness and professionalism of advanced heating and air. We have a newborn and our AC quit working, and they were out to our house within two hours. Fixed within an hour. Very kind, nice, explained exactly what was wrong. Awesome staff and company

Advantage is the best! Their technician Marvin was punctual, and super nice. He knocked out the hvac service quickly answered all my questions, and gave me a super detailed run down of the condition of our 12 year old unit with several recommendations of potential things I could do to improve/Maintain it’s condition. Thankful to have a company I fully trust to seasonally service the units in my personal home and rental property. I recommend them to everyone and have only received more praise of their work

Mike from Advantage did a through job with the needed repair to our heat pump. He was respectful of our property, answered every question I had (and there were many) patiently and completely so that I understood. He went further in his inspection of the equipment than any other service person that has come here in the past.
Mike will be the service tech I will ask for in the future should the need arise and Advantage is now my new go to company for my heating and AC needs.

Advantage heating and cooling scheduled a technician within an hour of making the request. Technician Alex was very professional and efficient in identifying the issue. He took time to explain the issue clearly and provided a solution right away. He also went an extra mile in checking everything and providing recommendations on maintenance as well future enhancements.

I called Advantage after our power flickered in the middle of the night and took out our AC in the middle of a heat wave. The people on the phone were very polite and professional. When Alex arrived, he listened to me explain what I had tried and the results of those efforts. He explained the things that could be broken while troubleshooting the problem. Not only did he fix our AC, he treated me with respect and was very personable. He clearly is an expert in his field. Thank you Alex.

In 2013 my maintenance service provider of 10 years retired and relocated and I became a customer of Advantage Heating and Cooling after researching on the Trane website, reviewing recommendations and physically going to the business to “check them out”. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly and everyone was professional and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Having had no problems with my system at the time I purchased a maintenance service even though my system was 10 years old. After 2 years of first-class maintenance service I experienced my first problem with the outside unit. The technician sent out made the repair efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Two months later I had another problem with the outdoor unit and considering the age of my system I decided at that point to replace my 12+ year old system. The entire process was smooth and everyone involved was very professional and courteous. The Field Supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my selection of the new system and the installation crew sent out did an excellent job. This company is outstanding in all aspects and I highly recommend them with absolute confidence.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We would have been without heat for more than one night but they were able to expedite the acquisition a required part to effect repairs. The technician was very professional and explained what he was doing. The secretary was sympathetic to our situation and worked to get us back in business.
We are very appreciative.

Advantage Heating and Cooling is very easy to work with. I needed to replace my gas furnace, Michael came to our house on a Sunday and discussed options for replacing the furnace. New furnace was installed within several days. The techs that installed the furnace were professional, polite and cleaned everything up before they left. I’ve been a customer of Advantage Heating and Cooling since 2011 for maintenance of our HVAC systems and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Our new house didn't have even air flow. I called Advantage and they sent a tech that afternoon. He said he knew exactly what the problem was and after a few minutes adjusting the fan setting, the air flow had a noticable improvement. Mike was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Advantage Heating and Cooling for HVAC repairs.

Would 10/10 recommend Advantage Heating & Cooling - Alex was responsive and very knowledgeable about our unique AC issue. He was able to order the part quickly and returned promptly the next day to install and fix all while providing updates and keeping us in the know. Great experience!

Advantage Heating and Cooling has serviced our HVAC System for going on ten years. Thursday, January 18, we woke up to our heat pump not working. One day before we were to experience the coldest days of this winter going down to 19 degrees. Advantage had a tech come by and evaluate the heat pump. Our system was 22 years old and he let us know the motor was shot. We made the decision to purchase a completely new system. Today, January 24, Advantage installed our new system. Six days from our old system dying, we had a new heat pump and air handler. From our normal service tech, to the sales rep, to the install crew, Advantage has always been professional and diligent in taking care of our needs. We will let no other company take care of our home system and we recommend them to everyone.
