I was worried that this foam that was on the wall of the pipe connected to the hvac (installed by another company in April) was some type of mold. Josh answered all my questions and even FaceTimed me to see the wall. This is above and beyond customer service. He eased my fears that it wasn’t anything like bacteria or mold. Now with it being randomly warm in December I can run the air conditioner without fear of what’s coming in the house! Will definitely use Larkin for every air and heating service we need and recommend to all my friends! Thank you!

Larkin heating and air has serviced both my hvac systems in my last two homes. Not only is Josh a master of his craft he has a certain kindness to him that is not very common in tradesmen and that is a special trait. First off I take care of my 80+ year old parents, they have used Larkin for many, many years! Larkin has ALWAYS taken care of my parents no matter what the issue is! Josh is SIMPLY THE BEST!! Last night(7/3) their A/C went out, Mom called Josh and he went out of his way and his family on a holiday(7/4) to come out to solve their issue!!
