Very knowledgeable and personable. Rocky was patient and took time to show me pictures and explained concerns and resolutions. He wasn’t pushy but kindly explained the details of the platinum membership.

I was completely lost when looking at my old home's wires in my kitchen ceiling! Booked the night before, got a call morning of, and Jerome came out early to help me out. Michael gave me an honest analysis of my ancient HVAC system and recommendations on what I needed to do next which was invest in a new system with summer being right around the corner.

They made buying a new unit so easy. It was time for a new unit. (as recently mine went out) The techs that came out to do an estimate for me explained everything beautifully along with being knowledgeable about the service they were providing. They answered every question I had regarding the upcoming project. The crew that came out to install my new unit were amazing very friendly, professional, and kept me informed about how the project was moving along. Their unit has kept my house nice and cold during this scorching summer and I can’t wait to see how amazing it works in the winter. 10/10 recommend this company if you’re in need of a new unit!

Was the best experience working with an outside contractor. From start to finish working with Matt , Lisa and the team Mark brought in was exceptional. The team never missed a beat in communicating with me about any issue good or bad. Willing to work with me on changes I recommended as well as their recommendations. I had Mechalodge Air conditioning contractors install my Daikin AC unit. They did a phenomenal job. All technicians were very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company 100%.

Mechollage has experienced professionals from the evaluation and estimate stage to installation to after-installation response. The installation represented an attic installation for the air handler unit in an attic with truss rafter construction in a house of about 40 years of age. This required a new attic access, which was completed in an appropriate hall area. The installation of the complete unit required almost one day. The team was thorough in their work, cleaned up, and left everthing in working order. Some days later, it was determined that there may be an issue with the unit. Within minutes, it was determined that an original return line had collapsed. At no additional cost, this line was replaced. It has been a few weeks since everything was completed. So far, everything is working properly, and the house is able to maintain the set temperature even during some very hot and humid spells. The outside unit is almost silent in its operation.

My tech, Mike H. was great throughout the whole process. Scheduling was really easy and quick. I have more peace of mind knowing my HVAC system is working properly.

This review covers two visits and a short list of issues: semi-annual maintenance for two systems, a look see for a mini-split not covered by a maintenance agreement, a hot water issue, and a tiny leak remaining from the October install of a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Lead Tech Nathaniel answered both calls. Marc helped with the leak left over from the install. Nate fixed everything else. He is easy to talk with, super knowledgeable, and able to explain the issue on my level…nice job Nate. Keep up the great work Team Mechollage.

Man I can’t say enough about Nate! Super knowledgeable guy, I would legit recommend this guy to anyone. He answered all of my questions and was able to help educate me on what exactly he was doing and seeing. I look forward to seeing Nate come back next week.

They were on time, and very personable. They may be aware of things no other technicians had made me aware of. Like my overflow system not being plugged in.😩 I’m definitely going to make sure that they fix my surfaces moving forward.

Michael was very helpful. He took time to answer our questions. He made sure that the space heater worked yesterday. Since it has been extremely cold we truly appreciated his efforts.
