Called Drain Masters on a holiday and they had someone out to the house within a couple hours. Trevor quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. We will definitely use Drain Masters again!

Our garbage disposal would drain into our dishwasher, and we needed a new o-ring in our master bathroom. A young man named Ty arrived early and repaired both appliances in quick and efficient time... and he was most curteous and helpful in recommending additional things we could purchase to help with our repairs.

Ryan showed within five minutes of the work request and shut the water to the house and had my shower leak fixed in less that 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will use the service again

Came in at 10 left at 12 cleared everything. It was embarrassing, but it would’ve been more embarrassing if it wasn’t fixed. I believe my technician was Ryan. He did a great job.

Ryan was an awesome tech that went above and beyond to make sure our drain problem was solved and give guidance on avoiding any future problems. Really quick to get to the problem and he was super cool with our 4 crazy dogs. Hope we don’t have any more issues but won’t hesitate to call them again if we do.

Ty came out and fixed the sink pressure for us on our bathroom sink. Also, fixed a drainage issue I wasn't aware of due to the low pressure never giving enough time to fill the sink. Amazing, quick and professional work!

Ryan did a great job fixing one of our 4th floor toilets that was not flushing properly. He has serviced our office several times and is always professional and quick in resolving the issue.

Wonderful service, took a few guys prior to this company to find 2 leakage that were not visible to the naked eye. Ty was so amazing. He was in the home for almost 2 hours because he was determine to find.
Very friendly and wore protective shoe wear since it was raining outside. We are very grateful for this company.
