HCJ has been the best pool service provider I have worked with. I purchased my home in 2021 and it came with a pool for which I had no records or information. After working with a couple other pool companies over the years I was introduced to HCJ last year and let me tell you they have been absolutely amazing. First and foremost the best thing they've done is educate me on the workings of the pool and equipment like nobody else has ever done. After a pump failure last year they walked me through their recommendation for a new pump going into details about how the new equipment would interact with the old setup and showing me how to work the new equipment. I had an immediate reduction in my electric bill and the pump works great. This season they are helping upgrade the filter and heater. After an problem with freezing over the winter they got my pool back into tip-top shape and ready for swimming. They do quality work, do not leave anything undone, and are not afraid to stay until they are sure everything is in good order.

I will be recommending HCJ Pool Services to all of my friends and colleagues.

Communication is important to me, and HCJ excels. I get reports with pictures after every visit. When I reach out with a question, I get a quick response. They keep everything running smoothly, and my pool looks great. I recommend HCJ Pool Services to anyone looking for reliable pool service.

I scheduled a pool school lesson with HCJ and it was well worth the reasonable price to be able to have somebody with professional pool knowledge come out. The technician, Bryan, was knowledgeable and experienced. He answered my questions on things ive noticed with my pool system and went over standard pool operating topics.

I fully recommend the service to learn about your system/equipment for a first time pool owner. They also cover the services they provide and equipment replacement projections/prices, which is nice to know.

HCJ Pool has been a fantastic company to work with on my pool. We had an entire change out of pool/spa equipment and lighting and they did a super job. Some of this retrofit was a bit tricky but they were able to deliver on what they promised. From both the office staff to the pool technicians, everyone is pleasant and professional and their communications is superlative. There were a couple of minor hiccups (more equipment related than their fault) and theywere extremely responsive to include answering my calls/texts in off-hour time. Great timeliness; run a clean job site; and answer all questions. I could not be any happier to have used them. I firmly believe if giving honest reviews and can say that I have found nothing on the negative side with HCJ Pools. They will not only get a good review with anyone that I speak to but I plan to actively promote them with anyone that needs pool/spa retrofit or new installation.
