They are always very quick with repairs and charges a reasonable price as well. This was the second time I’ve used them and I was very pleased. 100% recommends their services.

Musa came and quickly told us what the issue was with our Microwave.
We ordered a new microwave and he came out and installed the new microwave in a short amount of time!

The repairman was thorough, on time, and found the problem immediately. Luckily, he had a part on his truck and was able to fix the dryer. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use these folks again.

Musa is a fantastic technician. He is patient, takes care to assess all the major functions of the appliance and eventually detected why the dishwasher was not operating properly. The drain hose was clogged, mainly due to a poor design that connected it to the garbage disposal drain rather than its own dedicated pipe. old houses retrofitted with dishwashers and minimizing costs to properly install new plumbing, and rig it to existing piping. These shortcuts appear to be common according to Musa. Great service! Thanks Musa!

I have used Musa and Ken for many years for all of my appliance repairs. Free standing ice makers are always temperamental but if I have an issue they always come out timely and fix it. Highly recommend!!!

My GE Profile microwave-convection was affected by a passing thunderstorm. Musa arrived in a timely manner and set about to working on the over-the-stove microwave. Musa did a phenomenal job with the repair. He performed a thorough check to isolate the problem. The cost was also very reasonable, too. ARG has now become my go-to appliance repair specialists. Highly recommend ARG and Musa our tech. I had another company out first who barely looking at my washer and said I needed a $1000 motherboard. Took a chance and called ARG and after Musa watched machine try to cycle through, correctly diagnosed poor valve which was a fraction of cost of new motherboard or machine.
