Susan, owner/operator, was very easy to work with, professional, timely and accurate. The cleaning team did an outstanding job on our move out project. Great price, value and service. We highly recommend.

Company owner is very nice and pricing very fair. We used the service three times with two different cleaning women. Both cleaners very presentable and personable but lacked either the experience and / or training to do more than damp mop floors and feather duster. No sanitizing. On last visit appears one bathroom not touched at all except vanity wipe down. Shower and tub and floor appeared untouched based upon prior placement of objects and bathmat. Master bath shower appeared not to have been touched either. Kitchen cabinet wipe down insisted of feather dusting. Did not appear that objects were moved when dusting furniture surfaces. This is a large house but not a difficult or dirty one to clean. Undoubtably Ms. Whitehurst has difficulties these days finding competent help as do many employers during Covid. However training in the domestic art of actually CLEANING is needed along with management checks and supervision. we would like to continue using the service but unless we can get proper service it is difficult to justify the cost.
