Our AC went out on a holiday weekend and Owens sent a technician out within an hour of our call. He diagnosed the problem and had if fixed within another hour. This company is great to work with - quick and friendly!

I have received excellent service from Owens Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. many times over a number of years on several residential and commercial HVAC jobs. They are prompt, efficient, and competitively priced. We are in the process of scheduling another HVAC replacement with Owens, and they are my go-to HVAC service. Strongly recommended.

Greg gave me excellent service took his time to make sure that the issue was fixed. The installer of the unit didn't do the job. So I wasn't going let them be me again. I would highly recommend Owen's Heating and Cooling. They are now my preferred HVAC company.

Recently, I had my yearly check up for my HVAC system. The tech was extremely professional and able to finish in a timely manner. The staff at Owen's heating is amazing to deal with. The overwhelming demand with this heat wave from the office staff to technicians very positive and friendly. Fairly priced, friendly, and professional staff. Highly recommend, nobody tried to sell me on anything fixed my 1990's unit. Told me if it's still running good why change it.

Ac died in middle of heat wave. When I finally called Owen's on Monday they set up appt for Tuesday afternoon. Tech Chris showed up early that afternoon. Appreciated the text with his pic too. Good news he got it running the same day. Bad news needed additional work on both ac & heat. I wasn't sure so they checked & it was still under warranty. The lady on the phone, I'm sorry I've forgotten her name, & the technichian Chris were both very kind and very nice. Came back right on time & now I'm set for rest of summer & this winter too. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner stopped cooling on Tuesday. One of the hottest days of the week. I called Owen's heating and cooling and one of their technicians came the next day and got it fixed. Thank you for a great job. You guys are awesome and always on time.

Outstanding! Owens went above and beyond to find us a condenser that was compatible with our current setup. They were the only local company to come out and provide that option. Owens saved me about $6,000 simply due to their connections and reach in the industry of HVAC. Thanks again for sourcing hard to find parts in a matter of days!

I was impressed with Owens Heating and Air from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was very professional. I had received other quotes for installing a mini-split for a 3 season room and Owen’s offered the best and most timely solution, along with a very fair price. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Our tech did a great job fixing our heating system that froze up during the cold spell. Will definitely use Owens again.

Owens performed our semi-annual service for our two A/C systems yesterday. Our tech, Greg, checked his ductwork done last December as well as the routine service work. All of his checks were normal and no problems were noted! Oops! Correction - he did find one loose screw to the coil housing that needed tightening!! I am being funny but maybe it just shows how they look for the little things! I credit Owens for taking good care of our systems! If you don’t have a maintenance program for your AC get on! It really pays off!

Owens was scheduled for our semi-annual service for our two AC systems. In addition they scheduled repairs to some ductwork on one of the units due to some condensation or sweating caused by bad insulation wrap. Our regular tech, Greg, along with two other techs, Larry and Conner, arrived as scheduled with all of the parts and equipment and went right to work. All of their work was done efficiently and professionally. The difference in their finished work compared to the work that was done before was very evident and made me even more thankful that I am one of their regular customers! Thanks to all three of them, and for Lisa who works behind the scenes to coordinate work calls, etc.

Owens consistently provides excellent customer service. They installed our whole-house humidifier and another contractor reported it may have a leak in the crawl space. Owens diagnosed the actual problem - condensation on crawl space A/C conduits - and helped us plan how to mitigate it. Great service and consistently friendly and easy to work with!

Absolutely outstanding!! Chris was smart, courteous, and honest. He explained what he was going to do beforehand, did exactly that, and reported his findings in a very understandable way. When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how low it was relative to other heating and air companies I’ve used in the past.
I had seen other positive reviews on Owen’s heating and air online which caused me to try them this time. I am now sold on them and will enter into a maintenance agreement with them as well.
