They were quick and efficient, explained the process to us, and showed extreme patience with the very curious 5 year old. As great as the service was, I hope I never have to see them again!

Roto Rooter is very responsive and helpful in explaining the nature of the problem and getting things resolved. The onsite technicians are careful, considerate, and professional.

Mike got here fast, and immediately began fixing the problem. He patiently walked us through each step of the process and explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and several solutions, which made us feel involved, knowledgeable, and at ease. He did a good job articulating abstract concepts that people not familiar with plumbing equipment and terminology would not know off hand. He worked hard to fix the problem, and stayed until the job was done. He was polite and professional, and even cleaned up after himself. Mike did a great job, and it was well worth the money. We appreciate the help, and we will be using Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Technician Mike Blanco arrived before my given window. Mike is responsive, thorough, friendly while remaining professional and respectful. My repairs were completed with no hassle with the cost falls within the range. I highly recommend this business, especially in a difficult situation.

Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He came out within an hour of me requesting service. He gave me several options to try to fix my leaking sink. He involved me in the process and was sure I understood any costs associated with what he was doing. The price was right on point as well. Highly recommend!

Called these guys and got a same-day appointment. No charge for the tech to come out to diagnose. Thomas came out on a Saturday and completed my water heater replacement in the same day. He was very nice and did a great job. Highly recommended, especially if you get him.
