Had a really good experience with Malone Electrical Solutions, specifically working with Alex “The Beard.” From the start, he was easy to communicate with and showed up right when he said he would, which already put him ahead of a lot of contractors I’ve dealt with..

The work itself came out great. Everything is working perfectly now, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way. He also cleaned up before leaving, which I appreciated more than I expected.

Overall, solid experience.I’d definitely use Malone Electrical Solutions again.

Had an emergency situation late at night when our electrical panel started acting up.

They responded quickly, showed up late in the evening, and handled a full panel replacement without any issues. They stayed until everything was safe and back up and running. Cannot recommend Malone and there guys enough!

Austin (co-owner) called me five minutes after I submitted a service request on Thumbtack. We needed a an assessment of the fluorescent kitchen light fixture and electric system. He set us up with same-day service from Moe, who quickly confirmed the fixture needed a new ballast. Since this fixture was outdated anyway, we agreed that LED was going to be a better solution, Moe was flexible enough to allow us to provide a replacement LED fixture (from Home Depot) and install it in the same visit. He educated us on the state of the power panel and outlets for us to convey to our landlord for safety consideration. He was polite, professional, and patient in explaining as we went along with the appointment. Would hire Malone again!

Woody and Josh were amazing they were able to come the same day I called regarding a spark in my electrical panel and fix the major issue as well as other smaller projects that I had been meaning to get addressed all within two days. They were friendly and curtious and im glad I called them first

Long story short is that we lost power in parts of the house. Figured it was one of the GFI outlets gone bad. Malone Electrical Solutions was the only one that responded to our request for help.

Big Moe arrived in the time frame stated. We talked briefly, gave my assumptions, and off to work he went. Everything I thought it might be, it wasn’t. He, too, was stumped. But he kept digging until he solved the problem. We appreciated his dedication and thoroughness in solving the issue. Always courteous and professional. He pointed out a couple of concerns, but did not try to push any sales, which I greatly appreciated.

Awesome support following downed power lines that created other issues.

They came within a couple of hours of a service request. Water had gotten into the outside lamp post and caused electrical issues in the house. They rewired the lamp post and updated a plug with a GFI and an outside electrical plug. Very fast and professional. Would highly recommend!

Our technician, Alex, came SAME DAY (within just a couple hours) as our electrical circuit breaker blow out. Unfortunately for us, our home had been incorrectly wired and was apparently more unsafe than any previous electrical “professionals” had warned us about — fireball in kitchen was definitely a sign.

Malone responded right away and worked over 7 hours into early the next morning to ensure our home was safe to remain living inside. They returned a couple days later with the remaining required equipment and fixed our issues in less than 4 hours!

In between replacing our electrical box and capping loose/exposed wires, Alex took a moment to throw a tennis ball for our rescued German Shepherd to chase (she loved him!)

This company employs the kindest, most knowledgeable and down-to-earth employees who understand the daily struggle, and yet operate with efficiency and accuracy in their delivery. Considering the effort and expediency in which they answered our call, and the extent of the work required, the cost of everything is worth every single penny.
