MidAtlantic Contracting did two big jobs for us in 2022 after we bought a new home. First they replaced all the wood trim around our house and fixed some other little items here and there. They also redid our side yard to add retaining walls, steps, new sod and bushes. The work was top-notch quality, and the team was very professional and friendly. The only downside was that we booked one of the jobs during busy season, so it took about 5 days over the course of a month. But they got it done and did a great job, so we didn't mind the wait. Highly recommend!

Mid-Atlantic Contracting, Inc. recently replaced our roof, repaired the chimney & rerouted bathroom fan vent duct work for us. They did an excellent job! The company president, Erick Fletcher, was very hands on and oversaw all aspects of the job. He is very knowledgeable & competent. The workers were professional, courteous & very accommodating. They did a terrific job of clean up, including using a metal rake to ensure all roofing nails were picked up around the house & in the driveway. The job was completed in one day on our ranch with its 4,200 sq. ft. roof. There was an issue with the fan in the master bath that wasn’t noticed until it was used the next day. Erick came back to fix it without hesitation. Lindsay & Vanessa, in the office, were pleasant & helpful when calling/emailing Mid-Atlantic. We highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use them for any future work we needed done.

MidAtlantic was excellent from the initial sales call to the completion of the job. They worked with my homeowners insurance agent and assisted reviewing the hail damage and getting approval to have the entire roof replaced. Job was professional and completed on schedule. Cleanup was well done. Couple of nail pops were expertly repaired. Overall great experience. Would definitely use them again

The work crew showed on time, completed the roof replacement in a professional and skilled fashion. They were polite and courteous, plus they cleaned up all the debris prior to departing. The office personnel were very professional, and courteous, and listened to your concerns, and provided a quick response to and questions. I would recommend MidAtlanta to my friends for roofing replacement and repairs.

Very happy to have contracted this company for a new deck build. Excellent customer service was provided during the design, permitting, and building processes. The construction team was skilled and detail-oriented, completing the project to the exact specifications and timeline promised. I received price quotes from three other contractors - MidAtlantic pricing was a little above the average. Would hire again for future projects.

We used MidAtlantic several years ago to repair some major storm damage to our roof and second floor ceiling. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism by Erick and his team. Naturally, when it came time to replace our deck and picket fence this summer, although we obtained several quotes, we chose MidAtlantic because of our past experience. We were not disappointed.
Dave was extremely professional, working with us to address our specific requests and explaining all available options. We really appreciated the great work performed by everyone on both the new deck and the fence. Quality results from a quality team that we will be able to enjoy for years to come. 40-year homeowner, not our first roof job. Mid-Atlantic Contracting is a professional roofing company. Erick, Victor, Jaime and colleagues met all of our expectations and did a complete and thorough job. Five things especially impressed me: an experienced crew, efficient use of time on site, minimal wasted material, doing the little extras for a more complete job, and excellent clean-up operation, leaving the premises as clean as they found it. Add to that a fair price and friendly office staff and that's all you can ask for in a roofing contractor.

Erick and team did amazing work and are very honest/transparent. We had a previous contractor come and do some horrible work and mis-diagnose a leak. Mid-Atlantic’s attention to detail and finishing work were excellent. I’d HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices. Thanks again!

Mid Atlantic Contracting did a great job from design to construction on my deck. Their carpenters worked diligently to make sure that every detail was addressed. I am very happy either the way the came out and their customer care.

MidAtlantic Contracting Inc. is really a reliable company to reach out if you have any house work whether its roofing, siding, deck, etc work. They replaced my ROOF 4 years a go and they did great job. They also replaced ROOF 2 years a go for my family in Alexandria too. Again they helped me replacing the siding of my house last month after the storm blow away half of the siding. Their workmanship and quality of work is really amazing. They are really very fair on pricing and willing to work with you without breaking your bank. The owner, Eric is really an amazing respectful person and go miles to help customer. Also Lindsay is an incredibly helpful person all the time. I recommend this company 100% for any of your house work.

MidAtlantic Contracting was highly recommended to us by a friend and they replaced our roof, front door, siding and gutters. I cannot express how great they were to work with. Everyone we interacted with at MidAtlantic was professional and responsive. The workmanship was great and the crews did an amazing job on the installation and clean up. They literally did not leave one piece of trash or nail behind. We've had other contractors work on our house in the past and they can't compare to MidAtlantic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any exterior work done.

Our whole roof replacement went smoothly. Eric is the owner and the contact for a smooth transition. Get about 3 estimates including Midatlantic contracting inc. Finished the job in 2 days-used 41 squares of Certain teed shingles--the company is a Certain teed roof master.

Mid Atlantic did a great, fast, clean and perfect job for us. They replaced the roof of 3 sheds and a part of our house roof. We did a new house roof less than 6 years ago by a company which did not do a good job, so a part of that roof was also damaged and we didn't know that. I am so thankful to Erick for realizing that damage and letting me know about it. It took only 48 hours from the time I made the first phone call till the job was done. Erick is a very nice and knowledgeable Gentleman. He explained every thing to me and answered to all my questions. No other company could do better job than Mid Atlantic.

Eric, Lindsay and the crew did a super job doing my roof after the terrible storm of 7/2023. They were very professional, prompt and did a great quality job on my roof.

Eric met my insurance adjuster on my roof and got my roof approved for wind damage. My insurance adjuster said that Eric was a very honest roofer. I highly recommend MidAtlantic Contracting for all your roof replacement and installation.

Erick and his crew did a superb effort replacing our roof, gutters, and shutters. They are an A+ company. Met schedule, all three crew members were professional, the products used on roof were latest products designed to aid in mitigating heat entry into house, and cleaned up when done. We recommend you give MidAtlantic a chance if you need roofing repairs.

The owner worked with me on the amount my homeowners insurance claim had paid to install the new roof initially. They then communicated with the insurance adjuster directly. They did a wonderful job on all the work they did on my roof and gutters! The guys came out and worked hard and organized. They were very pleasant while working and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I did not have to worry about anything! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them to my family and friends. MidAtlantic was recommended to us by a friend in the building industry. Our older roof had issues after a heavy storm, but our initial communications with our homeowner’s insurance company proved unfruitful. MidAtlantic came out on multiple occasions to support our claim and we were ultimately approved for a replacement. They talked us through our options, coordinated the various facets of the project, communicated with us throughout, and timely completed the work. It was a big job and their hard work made the process much less stressful than it could have been.

After researching many contractors and wanting to stay with a local business, we selected MidAtlantic Contracting Inc to install a deck on our townhouse. We have had an excellent experience with them. Everyone has been really great to work with from first contact for our quote to our warranty paperwork when our project was finished. They were professional, timely, produced quality work and kept us informed each step of the way through our project. Thanks to Dave, Kelsey, Lindsay and the crew, we will be enjoying our beautiful deck for years to come. Mid Atlantic has been amazing to work with. When searching for a contractor they were the only company to actually return my inquiries and calls immediately. They have been patient with my questions. The roof looks great and can’t wait to see how the house looks after the rest of the projects are done.
