I have used Summerland twice and both times I have received excellent service, polite workers and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone needing gutters.

Had over 140 LF of gutters and fascia boards removed and replaced, including installation of new 6" gutters, heavy duty downspouts, drip edge, aluminum fascia wrapping, and gutter guards. Standard two story colonial home with attached garage.

Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible. There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board. Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job. They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.

The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed. A+ Highly recommended!

we live in Pikesville and we were very satisfied with second group better than first group. first group were very cruel and lack of communication and lie on us and lie to programmer woman but I don't count them I count on second group they are the best communication and professional and friendly and great job so I put 5 stars for second group!!!! the guy name is Don and 2 young guys are very cool and awesome and amazing workers!!! They've done work for me at two different homes. Very easy to get an estimate and get scheduled. Always high-quality work and great prices. Wouldn't use anyone else.

We had the guys from Summerland Gutters come and check multiple leak spots in our house. They checked throughly and found the leak spots and finish the job perfectly. The price is reasonable compare to the other contractors who came before and gave totally wrong diagnosis.

We had our roof replaced and they were totally awesome!! Good communication and very nice a nd professional. I would highly recommend this company. They stand by their work and will use them again in the future!!

Quick, efficient work. Friendly workers that wanted do the job right. The work area was cleaned of all debris. The price for the job came right in on the budget I had for the job. Excellent communication on pricing the job and scheduling. The office was in contact with me to let me know exactly when the work would begin. Perfect!

Had contacted others and never received callbacks. Summerland could not promise a time but gave me a general idea which was fine with me. Only needed one gutter done got a crew of 3 guys and they were great. Job done and now waiting for rain. Will use Summerland again!!!!!!!!!! Can't go wrong if all their folks are this professional.

I had some gutters that were initally pieced together on a 40ft spans on both sides of my house. eventually over the years they started leaking through seams. So i wasnt looking for another huge expense but wanted to fix it. Called several companies and got a really good deal from summerland gutters. They were on time and got the work done with professionalism. I highly recommend them for any gutter work!
