Briggs Appliance was outstanding! Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. We received a time slot for service and the technician was on time. Our technician was David and he was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. David quickly assessed the issue, identified the problem and the required fix. He replaced the part, checked the appliance for proper operation and ensured there were no further issues, then he cleaned up the area. Working with Briggs Appliance was a very good experience and David was outstanding!

My tech, David, showed up well within the scheduled timeframe and had our dishwasher diagnosed and fixed quite efficiently. I will not hesitate to contact Briggs for any other appliance repairs.

David came here and less than an hour had my washer fixed up and running. Very friendly and very good service.

On time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and promised that we’d have ice in an hour or so! Unfortunately we didn’t have ice as promised. The tech came back a few days later and replaced the icemaker. And now we have fresh ice!! The tech, David, was great! 😊

I don't know how many times I have used Briggs Appliance but every time I have been super impressed by everything: punctuality; knowledge; and quality. I very much appreciate their service work!

They responded to my call within 1 hour and were able to fix my washer 1 1/2 days later. Very personable and fixed the problem within an hour. They were great and I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

My home warranty company sent Briggs to fix my washer and I would absolutely recommend them if you need an appliance repaired. The appointment was scheduled timely, they showed up on time and the repair was made very efficiently and thoroughly. Whoever decided on your uniforms did an excellent job. A lot of companies don't invest in these things and when these guys show up you feel sketchy over the work done. When a company invests in how their employees look you feel very secure they are hiring quality employees. These two gentlemen came in and were so professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the service I received and will totally recommend Briggs to anyone.

Exceptional service. 2 rare appliance issues (previous discontinued oven control module [refurbished/fixed last year] and broken cooktop). Had unexpected issue with cooktop repair...David quickly took care of us and had another cooktop delivered within days. Extremely knowledgeable and takes care of customers! Highly recommend!
