Just Plumbing is my goto for all plumbing work. Nick and Liam just installed my shampoo bowls, and they did a phenomenal job professional and efficent. I’ve used Just Plumbing for many other plumbing issues over the years, and they always deliver outstanding service. Highly recommend!

We have used Just Plumbing several times over the years and value their service. Recently we had a big job replacing all the copper pipes in the crawl space as they were rotting. They worked with us on a timely basis and completed the job in 2 days which included their team working with us in the morning if we weren’t quite ready to turn off the water. A special thanks to Albert who was very helpful from the assessment to completing the job.

Nick resolved an emergency pipe break in our crawl space within just a few hours of our call to Just Plumbing. Replaced the broken water pipe and had water restored quickly. Nick is very professional and skilled, which is similar to all other plumbing experts that have helped us over the past years.

We have used Just Plumbing for many years and have always been extremely happy with their service. Today was no different. Called them this morning with a toilet supply valve issue. The nice lady who took my call was incredible, (I wish I could remember her name). Even though they were all ready completely booked up for the day, she went the extra mile for us and managed to move things around on the schedule to get a tech to our house. Unbelievably, Roman showed up within 30 minutes! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had everything taken care of in short order, and at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about how Just Plumbing takes care of their customers!. Thank You!

Just before Christmas, I had a water leak from my 20-year-old water heater in my attic. Just Plumbing made sure to come out immediately and replace the heater. Nick and Cedric were patient and did a great job after hours despite that fact that they probably would have wanted to be home earlier. While doing the heater replacement Nick had to quickly problem-solve a number of unexpected issues that came up for my case. For one thing he found that my 20-year-old main water valve was badly stuck. This initially impacted his standard process for changing out a heater. Once he realized what was going on, he then had to man-handle the valve repeatedly to get the water off and then back on. In the end, Nick and Cedric got me up and running that night despite the unique issues that arose. The next week Albert came out from Just Plumbing to follow up on the main water valve. He was very patient in explaining the differences between the water valves of 20 years ago with today and then quickly ran out to get additional parts when he found a valve that had different piping standards than today. Again, the service was highly knowledgeable and efficient. Combining that experience with a previous service call to do an optical investigation of my French drain with a camera, and I would say that I highly recommend this company.

I have used Just Plumbing 2 times in the last couple of months for different reasons/properties. I would highly recommend for many reasons!!

Gas hot water tank busted last night and did not realize it until this morning. I called several plumbers and no one could come until after 6 and that would be for an evaluation. When I called just plumbing they took my water heater info, verified they had an equivalent model in stock and replaced it in one day. I am very grateful as I had water everywhere and have family in town. They did amazing and provided excellent same day service.

Nick from Just Plumbing was here twice today -- once for a scheduled visit to clear out two clogged drains (which he did beautifully!) and then after hours when he was dispatched with a colleague to deal with sewage that was spewing out of the ground from a broken pipe line in our yard. Both men were exceedingly cheerful, considering the circumstances (working after hours in the dark during the dinner hour!), efficient, and knowledgeable. They had things under control in no time and cleaned up the area perfectly. The rates charged were incredibly reasonable, too. I chalk the burst pipe up to its being Friday the 13th! Thank goodness, Just Plumbing was there for us. I wouldn't use any other plumbing service. They are fantastic.

Just Plumbing came out on a Saturday night to do an emergency repair of water that would not turn off. Representative was there within the hour, and was kind, polite, professional, and efficient. Solved our emergency and reduced stress! We look forward to working with this company again!

Just Plumbing recently replaced the copper water lines from the street into my house as well as installing a circulator on the hot water heater. The result was terrific and exactly what I was hoping for. I have great water pressure and hot water almost immediately. Albert showed up cheerfully every morning on time, neat and professional and ready to work. He also carefully explained every step of the job. He was a great representative of his company. I heartily recommend Just Plumbing.

We had Nick L. come do a list of plumbing chores this week and we could not have had a better experience! Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but made sure he completed any and all tasks we needed (we live out in Gloucester so it's a drive for anyone). Before leaving he made sure all areas were cleaned as they were before he arrived and gave us estimates we desperately needed! We have just had Just Plumbing replace our water heater which was leaking and created a mess in our garage. I was impressed with their friendly nature and very efficient work, leaving our garage in good order. They also carefully explained the details we needed to know about the water heater. We had water flowing from our ceiling and Just Plumbing responded. The technician, Jushua Morales, came to our rescue. He searched and found the leak between floors. Mr. Morales was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the leaking pipe quickly. The repair costs were very reasonable. The only problems we had was the long wait for Newport News Waterworks to turn off and turn on our water. Their remote system failed miserably. Thank you Just Plumbing for providing excellent service. You have a happy customer.

My husband and I have used this company many times. we would not choose any other company but just plumbing when they came they were very professional and very knowledgeable as well as helpful to adjust our problem. We highly recommend Just Plumbing for all your plumbing problems!

David was early to arrive in his window of 8am to 12pm. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and got them job done without hesitation. He said it wouldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes and he was right on target. Thank you!!

Nicholas and Kirby did a wonderful job on repairing my major gas leak from start to finish. Nick came out so promptly and both he and Kirby were so efficient and professional. Just Plumbing is a great company to do business with!

My wife Katherine and I highly recommend technician David Lambert of Just Plumbing. He is a highly skilled master plumber. He is a diligent, hard worker who accomplished an extensive list of plumbing repairs with great skill. We had plumbing needs in our utility room, kitchen, bathrooms which included installing sinks, repairing leaks, readjusting the plumbing so that everything worked properly.
