Pavel did a home addition project for me - a substantial project which included many complicated tasks - from pouring concrete foundation to framing, roofing and some interior jobs. The work was done well and on schedule. Workmanship was great and passing city inspections was a breeze. Communication and discussing change orders was easy. Wholeheartedly recommend Pavel for new construction and remodeling projects.

Pavel did a great job during our backyard remodeling. He and his team was able to completely change landscape using excavator and build a new modern backyard in 2 months timeframe.

Hired them few months ago for concrete polishing and deck repair. The team did a great job! This week I hired them back to level interior flooring. It was a complex and challenging job but they were able to root cause and fix it! I’m impressed by the quality of their job.

Pavel did a garage concrete floor resurfacing project for me. Old floor coating was peeling and cracking and he reconditioned it by removing the old coat, grinding down the concrete and then applying the new coat. The resulting layer seemed sturdy and even: no issues that I could see. The work was meticulous and professional, and only took a few days from start to finish for a two car garage. Recommended.
